Um, level one question here: Fan Video sticky thread? As usual for me, I might be missing the most obvious answer.

Simple answer is that I haven't really thought about it. I'm fairly comfortable with fraps <how can I not be comfortable with F9-on F9-off> I might consider trying other things if this compulsion to make videos continues.

Well, if everything has happened right with Wegame, my third video should be online. This partially came about because of DarkEther's post a little while back about good video songs. It remended me of an old favorite from Queen that I thought might work. Take a look if you get a spare moment.

Being the hopeless ALT-er that I am (I can quit anytime I want...It's not an addiction.) I haven't quite kept up with my characters as well as I could ( I know I promised to write but I've been so busy...ya know) I do have two notables however.

Doc Vendetta actually is a Doctor. She lives in Cap Au Diable in a comfortable apartment with a great view of Deathsurge and the mountain. When not on duty at Blackheart hospital, she's the President and CEO of a Villain for hire outfit.

On the other side of the fence is her younger sister Quiet Vindication. Currently a law professor at the university she lives and works from her apartment in New Overbrook. In her spare time (when not fighting crime that is) She's the president of a charity organization thats collecting money to help rebuild the Overbrook (Faultline) neighborhood.

Ok, that explains it. Not being much of a PvP player I've never been into Recluses Victory. Maybe I should drop in just to see.

That might be part of it as well. I think that particular vid idea might need to be put aside for a re-think anyway. Despite my technical issues it's just not coming together right. Probably best to leave it sit for now.

Actually i was thinking about the scene where you have LB attacking your widow in what looks like maybe Atlas Park or Kings Row. Just wondering if you wrote the widow in or if that was an actual mission map. <or, you did the really complicated part of getting the map and placing everything on it>.

OK, semi-unrelated question: How far does demorecord "see"? I know I've done some outdoor scenes and I only seem to get info from 100-200 yards. Is it perhaps similar to the range for local chat?

I'm trying to build a demo scene featuring multiple NPC's. At best I can only get one in the scene at a time and ONLY if I have a PC model somewhere in the code <doesn't have to be within camera POV> . I know I'm missing something here but I can't quite figure what. Any suggestions? Thank You.

I actually pulled it myself as soon as I saw the music was out. I can understand protecting themselves but the whole "share your ideas with the world" thing gets worn a bit thin when this kind of thing happens. Ah well, spilled milk and all that. If thats the worst thing I have to deal with today, it'll be a pretty good day.
