The best farmer in the game is a Fire/Fire/Fire Scapper with 120% recharge with Veng. AoE of FCS up every 5 seconds burn 7 seconds and Fireball 9 seconds. FCS doesn't do more then FS on a brute with dmg cap but it crits and DMG cap on a scrapper is alot easier to get, almost does the same dmg.

I've also thought about a 3 pet blaster, but after remember that 1 of your pets is extremely slow and i think only last 1 or 2 minutes, the other elec one last 1 minute and doesnt do much.. and the 3rd one would be good. so 2 crappy pet that your have to summon all the time. Your epic pool pet is good though.

One of the best you can make is a fire/Mental blaster, Animations are fast so the recharges, recharge even faster. more DPS.. Mental because you have -regen in one of your powers that last 30 seconds so you dont have to keep in melee range for long, and you help out alot more.

sonic/Mental is great too because even time you hit you debuff there res by 13%.. but sonic doesn't have as high DPS due to animation times.

Psi blasters do great too, because most the time psi idn't res'd.

Anyone ever solo an AV on a /em Blaster? If so how? temp powers for -regen?

looking for furies of the glad -res proc, I have paneaca proc, 2 Melee PvP proc and Range and different pvp IOs or i just got a Billion influ with some 7.5s and other purps.

Acrh/EM/Cold

Did the numbers on mid's with 3 purp sets (1 sleep set) and 1 kinect combat set and 5 LoTG. Outcome was 40% S/L def 92% recharge (4 seconds off perma hasten). With teir 4 Musculature Core boost, his RoA does 565.27 dmg with aim 706 and with BU 790 and with both on 931! Range is 143 on RoA and every other attack is 127 besides fistfull of arrows which is 97.77 the recharge is 17.02 seconds on RoA and i have a KB proc in explosive arrow so my Recharge would likely be 15 seconds if I proc once.

Builds going to be complete in 5 days. will give more feed back after testing it.

Do you know how many the random rolls for purps cost and how many A-merits? i have over 1,200 reward merits. so i can start converting.

I think I know two ways of getting purples. Killing lvl 47+'s enemys and rolling A-merits. Problem is I don't know how to craft the purps with A-merits.. Anyone know how many and how much it cost. and is it worth it trying to get the 5 random purps? Can u make a certain purp IO and how many A-merits. A-merit info on wiki is down so im pretty lost.

So lets say i have a lvl 50 scrapper with his lvl 1 attack doing 100dmg without dmg buff of any dmg enhac'r in it. Scrapper cap is 400% i believe. So would his max dmg on that attack be 400?

Is a Sonic/EM/Force blaster better than Psi for zone or just as good? Are the number on mid's true? And, is Sonic good for a 1v1 in arena?

Looking for Range/Melee/Range AoE purple sets. Can trade PvP IOs, I have Most most pvp IOs besides the +DEF and +RES Procs sorry..

Let me start off by saying I have a lvl 50 ice/elec tank. What i'm going to be talking about is a ice/Elec tank at lvl 50.

An Ice tank with his ice shields, weave and combat jumping can reach a def of 42% for S/L and energy/negative energy. Put 1 steadfast +3 def all and you'll soft caped def for 4 different types of dmg, and those dmg's being the most common in the game.

What makes Ice great; it never runs out of Endo, and when fighting a big mob you only get stronger. Instant Aggro when you walk into a mob. You have res to def debuffs, -14% dmg on targets that are close to you and -recharge so they attack less. Dull Pain for max HP on your tank, and you can be in hibernate with a mob around you and not lose aggro, including AVs. You can put 5 differnet dmg procs in your aruas. Best thing is, Ice doesn't need more def, so you can slot more recharge and easily slot 70+ extra recharge bonus plus incarnate recharge too.

What makes Elec great with ice amour, Elec is great because of aggro cap, When you past aggro cap all you need to do is hit build up and lightning rod, useally kills all the minions it hits. So you can taunt more people to you instead of your team. It's true that lightning rod is a long recharge, but you can get it down to 25 seconds if your willing to put some sets and get incarnate. Lightning rod hits up to 16 NPCs and has a very large AoE Range. You can also slot a +recharge proc in your Thunder Strike or Lightning Rod attack. Why choose Elec over SS? cause I hate rage crash, that's why.

Main reason why I think ice/elec is so great, because for fast pace teams it can keep up hold aggro and kill fast, no need to taunt or have rage crash.

I have 49 def to S/L and 47.3 def to Energy and negative energy.
90% extra recharge
7 Dmg procs in my AoE Powers.
HP cap with dull pain on.

I Have Paneaca Proc, full sets of pvp Melee and Range IOs and a few purples and a few other random PvP IOs.

Need some feed back from someone who has an Ice tanker.

On Mids I got his build up to 87.5 recharge and def to S/L/, energy/n up to 47%def without using his AoE def power, so if he's in a big mob that's +10% more def to all -psy. His DP with teir4 recharge is up every 95 seconds, so he can be perma HP caped. I think this toon can easy tank on a team with 1 or 2 buffers doing +4s. Does anyone think an Ice Tank would fail doing +4s or an AV.

lvl 50 ice/kin Corr with IOs

I use FS/Rain/Blizard/Transferance, against lvl 50's with no teir 3 incarnate I do tics of 3 with rain and tics of 13 with blizzard. I can do this in a mob of about 20-30 with bosses and everyone in that mob will be dead within 15 seconds.

I also do this same thing on an AV with 50% HP or less and it's seems to die within seconds. Mid's says blizzard will be doing over 2,200 dmg and rain over 400 with dmg cap. So thats what like 4,500 dmg within 15 seconds to an AV with less than 50% health?

Keep in mind very few things can run out of rain and blizzard together, huge slow debuff with KB.

I haven't played PvP since i13. I want to give the new system one last try. So I Have a Teir 3 almost 4 Claw/Nin Stalker and alot of influ. I'm trying to get him a beast build since all you need is AS and sharks im told. I have access to any of the PvP IOs and procs. I really want a PvP build that would make my stalker "newb proof". I only care about playing at lvl 50.

Only thing i don't want the stalker to have is fly. But it needs to have sharks or focus acc. I really want two builds one for stalker hunting and one with sharks. Anyone that can help me out with a good build i'll supply them a few IO's worth atleast 200+ million.
