whooo 8 seconds thats awesome, with doms insane burst damage that's way more than enough time to kill our target (sorry couldnt help myself)

wow, so a brute with buildup has a tohit of 60% in pvp? then add in some accuracies in attacks to multiply that?
also for cinders, with domination active, it has a duration scale of 14 in pvp, with a mag of 8?
nice to see some of how this game really worksi used to read guides like this for final fantasy tactics (great game!)

especially guides in sideways-pdf format...ugh, very very hard to read. mass excel spreadsheets would be way easier

so that's what that key was for...
so anyone know how i unlock the side missions, other than killing everything in the zone? i flew around with the jetpack after beating the hero, freed the prisoner (who then disappeared when i left the station), and finally found the jewelry store, but the only enemies i could see were cops, i killed the 1 hellion i saw (he gave me the clue for the other prisoner)
very confusing missions because there's no tips for the side missions, you just wander around for a while... -

healing your hp very often is pseudo-resistance

damage is a dom's secondary, i think it's in a decent spot now, but could see a bit of a buff
but i'd like control to be considerably stronger, since its our damn primary -
i liked their AI in the first few months when they wouldn't run off on their own
too bad the devs felt that was too "simple" or "user-friendly" or something -
targeting drone wont do damage, and provides a smaller tohit than FA (and probably doesnt resist tohitdebuffs like FA either)

if that dom is teaming with a brute, couldnt your scrapper be teaming with a defender, with a power to break you free from a hold?
we can play the what if game all day. I say that holds should still drop toggles

well i have main bind files for my characters already, that's why i was wondering if each character was limited to just 1 bindfile at a time
and i took the spaces out like the guy above you said, and it works fine now!just 1 extra line in my character's normal bind file

and have it just require 2 pieces of salvage for 1 of these "temp powers"

could i add that first part to my character's bind file? or can we load multiple bind files onto one character?

boy this is a long thread, does anyone know if i can just toggle between fly and hover with one button?
this is what i'm trying:
Button4 "powexec_name fly $$ powexec_name hover"
if im already using fly, it switches to hover. if im using hover, it just turns it off and i fall. if im on the ground, it turns hover on
i've used the same thing with costume changes and they alternate just fine, but i guess powers are a little different -
yeah all those damage descriptions are wrong for most powers. for instance the PPP snipes for stalkers use the same "extreme" that it does for blasters, yet they do 45% of the damage

whats the undying badge? for killing yourself? lol this is only the second method i've heard of to suicide (the other being energy transfer)

claws and NB are the only AS's with unique animations

i like pink's idea of making buildup recharge faster for claws stalkers, maybe cut it in half, that'd be real nice for scrapping with my claws/regen (too bad our regen doesnt get quick recovery -

no, many claws stalkers would like follow up instead of buildup, or some kind of mix between the 2, to actually make claws good at something. want the stalker set with a good ranged attack? spines has you beat. want the set that's great at scrapping? ninja blade has the +def power that'll keep you alive a while longer while doing similar damage
