never fought malta, but i've fought carnies a lot with my stalker and mm and haven't had much trouble with them
hell, even the longbow spec ops super drain grenade only drains like 80% of my end, leaving me enough to kill him (if it's just 1) -

yeah i dont know why every set needs a couple crappy powers like this that most ppl with brains will skip, why not actually make a set where every power is good? -

well placate is broken now (or nerfed, who knows)
and scrappers > stalkers 95/100 times -
you could just get acro and not get the power that comes in your secondary, but for ppl who dont want superjump it would give them another option of travel while still being able to get KB resist
and it sometimes seems like the devs are on drugs. have you seen our patron powers? they do like twice the dmg of brawl at best -
how can you see having knockback protection not any better than what /elec currently has? are you on drugs like the devs?

maybe they can use the cool tecnho music from bloody bay that i haven't heard anywhere else in CoV if they dont have a custom song for grandville

so get teleport if you never want to turn the status protection off, problem solved
you'd have more options though, instead of having to take acrobatics -
when is turning a toggle off not an option? it'd just be for knockback protection, and if you need the knockback protection, then you'd just have to live without jumping for a lil bit

FA renders every defense power and acc debuff useless EXCEPT the few lvl 38 super defense powers, and even then it still makes a big dent in their effectiveness
that's crazy overpowered, not to mention any scrapper or tank can get it, while villains can not -
i thought quickness was a different power

well swap out conserve power for this regen one then -
the snipes actually do 90% of blaster's snipes WITH a crit, fyi
and our pets will be like dominator pets (not controllable) -
yeah its a bug
most powers like hasten and inertial reduction got bugged, while dom is the only power that benefits from the bug
they're working on fixing it though -
i really wish grounded was what someone suggested, a toggle with medium end cost that did -fly, -jump, and +regen and knockback protection
i'd play the set if it had this, otherwise i'll roll a elec/stone or /EA or something (would've picked /inv but its ugly black now) -

(lol if you've read the patron powers threads you know how funny that is)
but seriously, be EM if you want to do a lot of dmg with 2 attacks
took my lv 18 claws/regen to test and i like the new animations for the 2nd and 3rd attacks (only ones i have that got changed), but i dont have room in my build to keep the 3rd attack :/ -
