You find yourself clicking "glowies" left & right.
You open your holiday gift only to find Frosties that attack you. -
1) (for those who live in NY) the Long Island Railroad takes you around Paragon City & the Staten Island Ferry takes you around Rogue Isles.
2) Every time you open a door to a building you find yourself in a mish.
3) Your local clothing store is either called "Icon" or they have "The Facemaker" working there.
4) You walk around the streets & see the Goldbrickers flying around + other foes taking potshots at you.
5) You have the urge to destroy parking meters & stuff.
Anyone got anymore?

The only female controller pets are the fire imps, so I think we make out well on the deal. -
Why is it that there are no female henchman? I mean, why don't we have the option to add female thugs, mercs, or ninjas? Or even a different set altogether? Please answer, thanks.

btw, ol' Bea was not working out, so I have a new controller on the hero side, her name is Controlling Queen. She will want to switch over to the dark side come lvl 20.

I was just wondering, if someone starts out on the hero side as say,..controller, & they want to switch to the villain side, do they automatically become a dominator?

Any chance you can give us the character names so that I and anyone else here can add your character names to friend lists on those toons? Every time I zone I type /whoall to see if someone named freewaydoggy or freeway anything is in zone but have yet to see you. Granted, you may be using a new character name. Or we may be time zone incompatable. I'm Pacific coast.
My alts on protector are...
Storm Boxer: level 12 Stalker Elec/Ninja (to dual box-about with your stalker)
Pepe' Le PewPewPew: level 12 Corruptor Rad/Dark (blasting/support for brute or stalker or anything...)
This character even though low can be used to help speed you though early missions if you needed to start another alt due to powerset re-thinkin'. Not quite 'powerleveling' but not too shabby.

PS: Got a character to 17 eh? Gratz! Trying a month out then? Anyway, my global name is Instigateress (my very first toon which I deleted cuz she was a praet. I HATE PRAETORIA!) My new one that I am currently working on now is Brutalianne which I managed to get to lvl 11 so far. She is due for a Mayhem. My other one is Cat From Hell, a lvl 15 stalker. I do have a hero that I am trying so I can get her to betray later & become a villain. I want to see what that is like. Her name is Bea Atch & she is a lvl 6 defender who does ranged.

ok, now I have another question: Is it possible that I can change power sets? Like if my toon has dual swords & instead I want her to have superstrength, can that be arranged? & can her 2nd set be changed too?

Thanks call. It's just I have never been good enough in any mmo to help MYSELF, let alone other ppl. I hope that I can at least direct someone in the right direction someday. I tried out the invention thing on my girls (I know in other mmo's they call that "crafting"), but like u said, I need to know more about the whole system 1st. & yes, I have had my share of players being very cold towards me being a new inexperienced player & they were very rude & unwilling to help me. Especially in Jade Dynasty. But that doesn't matter 'cuz JD does not have what CoV has.

I don't know how good I will be at helping someone else. What is "leetspeak"? I am 45 too, although I seem very young. Unfortunately, I do not have anyone I know personally to come & sit w/ me to help me play this or play someone else on their laptop & help me that way.

I'd taken him for a 18-25 year old from the way he behaved and chatted.
You'll find players here from age 7 (usually with Dad sitting right next to them playing another character with them) to 70 with the majority falling into the 20-40 range. I'm one of the old farts at 45 although one of my buddies in game is pushing 50. We know all about the Rubix Cube and the red junk that went into Stretch Armstrong. -

Thanks. All this tech talk confuses me! Anyway, w/ the stalker, sometimes all three paper missions are "kidnap" ones, so it was hard to avoid. They are a PITA! I wish there was a better way to kidnap, like drug & drag or something.

Couldnt make guesswork back in 2004 on a level 22 toon... Knew the game was unforgiving with cash for sellbacks for enhancement choice "whoopsies".
PS: doing random paper missions on that "stalker", I hope you remembered to avoid escorts like the plague..... they make you shut down stealth.
Also sorry, I had no clue that the trial accounts had been so hobbled thanks to 'gold farmers/paied leveling'... or I would have been more helpful.
I have no Protector toons. But I will start one and maybee bump into you.

You can have 2nd accounts? Cat just turned lvl 13 & I was trying to look for someone to team up to do a mayhem mission w/ her & yet nobody but nobody responded! How frustrating!
