Can you choose a different Patron Power Pool during a respec, if you already have one? I'm not sure if I want Soul Mastery or Mu Mastery on my corruptor, and I'm really hoping that if one turns out to be awful then I can go back and pick the other.

I am currently deep in a Nemesis plot, deeper than I've ever been before. Specifically, I'm doing Technician Naylor's "Automatic Villainy" arc, on my Corruptor, who is a Mender. I've been laughing about it the whole time.

No, I only meant it cosmetically, it wouldn't change the mechanics of the pets themselves. The "Council bots" pet set would function identically to the existing robots, they would only look like Council bots. THe same goes for all the rest of them.

I suggested this a while ago, with the idea that the existing enemy type pets (Council bots, Vazh zombies, Tsoo, etc) would be unlockable via defeat badges. It totally makes sense, too - beat up enough of 'em and you earn their respect/fear, so they work for you!

Given that you can save costumes as .costume files, there is no reason you can't do this already:

1. Make the costume and save it.
2. Sign up for some kind of free web hosting. It's everywhere, and you don't even need a lot of space since .costume files are so small.
3. Upload your .costume files to this web space for people to grab. Don't forget screencaps, so people know what they're getting.

All the downloader would need to do is place the downloaded .costume files into the correct folder in their City of Heroes directory, then they could load it up just like a costume they'd saved themselves previously. Heck, if you're really tech-savvy, you could even package them as self-extracting .exe files, so the downloader wouldn't even have to know where to put them.

I know, this doesn't include the "paying for the costumes" that your idea involved, but since it's already possible to do for free, nobody will pay anyway.

I just wrote keybinds that let me press Y and N to accept/reject dialogue boxes. That makes 'em go away in half a second, with no slow mouse moving to hit the button... multi-purpose, too; if someone's trying to teleport me and I'm almost done killing something it makes it easier there too.
