The 1GB GTX 460 is still a good card for City of Heroes. Found one at Frys for around $239 and another for $220. Not bad for what you are getting. And they are running as cool as the ATI cards now with about the same power use. Check the links that Father Xmas gave you. I'm upgrading after my birthday.

Going to need to upgrade the PSU to get a new video card of any kind to run Ultra Mode. 375W power supply is not going handle any card above what you have now.

GT250 at least if you want to run Ultra Mode. Check out the thread on Ultra Mode for help in finding a good video card in your price range. Look for any post from je_saist for help in getting a great card for this game.

As with willpower, each power you take will add to your layer of surviablity. Counting set bonus, UY with Resit Ele and Ngy, I'm about 38% protection vs. When you get UY at lvl 16, things get easier. Invuln is a great powerset for all lvls and foes...well but those with alot psi attacks.
Look at the buffs that Castle gave the powerset and remember it's easier to softcap Invul than WP.

You are not going to find a good power suppy/video card bundle that will run the game well. You need to budget at least $175 for a good video like what je saist suggest and $75 for at least a 500W power supply to run your computer well. Heck you find a 600W for that price range.
Check newegg.com for combos if you are looking for that.

Do not get anything under 500w for a powersupply if you want to run a video card for UM.

Need info on your computer setup, i.e. what inside it.

I been running nVidia cards and AMD processorr for the last seven years with no problems. Alot times the crashes are caused by bad drivers or overheating in the case sometimes cause by wrong power supply for the system or not enough air flow in the case.
