I tend to agree with you, but it seems that the trend is to dummy the game down to sheer brute force, and the use of guile is considered a cheat or exploit by those with out imagination. The game seems to be evolving to be very melee centric, if you don't go pound them, you are doing it wrong. A sign should be posted prior to enter a mission: "Leave brains here"

More defense IOs in game? I'm voting no. There are too many of them in game now. And as for the other one, there are not enough and should be rare or yellow at best if there are any new ones.
And you should really look at the build guides in the tanker sub thread for help on fixing our /INV tankers. You may not have build to the best you can. -

Umm PC guy, the Mitos have a good chance to drop shards and great for merits or an Hami O. And I hope to helping out in starting it back up. I know on my back up server, last weekend Hami O they ran four times on the raid day. Great turn out. Mnnn shards.

The psi hole is really not that bad and you can use Dull pain to cover psi damage. The one I noticed about WP is it can't handle 'ngy, toxic, and elemental damage as well as INV can.

Finally did the Cuda SF last Sunday and OMG! We spend 45 mins alone dealing with ambush after ambush. I saw my temp power Frenzy recharge like 5x at least. Yeah we made alot cash off that SF but ughh that was just too much of a grind.

Done it with SD, FA, INV, and WP tanker with little to no problem. You may have not buff up your tanker right or took too long with the tower. You should have done well with the team you had.

The GTX465 is being dump due the high heat and higher power use. The GTX460 is a better card and use about much power as the ATI cards it's going against. Check out what Tom's Hardware had to say about the card.
