Most drops are junk anyways in my exp, so why not do it faster and just for purples? But really, does .3% really make a difference? If i can get a lev 49 recipe at 1/2 the price of a 50, i'll buy it. It's ALL overpriced anyways.

Justice guess? I always seem to lag on Justice for some reason.

It's hard to bid creep, but the recipes are getting more and more scarce(spell check) everyday. I am seeing in the hundreds in bids for 1 piece. Well, if i need it, imma have to buy it nao!

I don't really blame the greedy marketeers as much as i am the devs decision on the drop rates. I really wish i didn't play and wanna IO every alt i make. lol. I'd have waaay over the cap if i'd stop spending so much at nao prices. haha

I too was a scrapper/tank player for a loooong time. After i met a guy in game that had like 47 50's across multiple servers, it got me to tinkering around with alts.

I'll tell ya, there are some really fun sets out there. Here are a few of my faves:

1) Controller-a) anything/Storm. Mine is Illusion. It has a good mix of damage and control.
b) Ice/Cold is another very fun one that i'm currently leveling atm. She's an awesome team toon.

2) Blaster- Elec/Elec in my opinion has the best visuals of any blaster set. Also, a good team build. The end drain is very nice, and has decent damage as opposed to what some may say.
Ice/Ice is awesome, too. Can solo or team well.

3) Defender- Again, i'm loving Cold Domination. Cold/Elec is mine but Dark goes well also, imo.

To the ones that seem to think that getting the same purp is cool just because it's a purple: Try getting all of the Confuse and/or Sleep sets, that sell for less than some white and yellow recipes. It's not cool, and it don't help just because it's a purple. lol.

Why have Arena buildings in zones if we can now access them in the menu? Sorry if asked or explained before. I thought it was cool to actually go to a building to do it. Are they gonna remove them now?

Truth be told, you can be rich on CoH if you have enough inf to SO a toon at 50, if you never want to go beyond that.

Mine seem to fall like that. I can't tell you the last time a Rag or Arma fell. BUT, the cheap crap ones i get all the time. lol. Maybe it has something to do with the mobs. I fight the same mobs all the time and i seem to get the same type or purps.

I'm not sure, but i'm about to purchase some Numina sets on my regen on the Justice server. If you don't need it, i'll take them off your hands. If it's possible from a diff server. Not sure where you play.

I guess like Nether said, depends on the goals. All the toons that my wife and i play are IO'd. 2 are purp'd on mine and 1 on hers and i have over the cap on my main and a ton of purps and other recipes crafted in the base for future builds. I'm hoping to gather up most of the stuff i need before i need it so i dont have to buy. It seems that the more i make, the stingier i get. lol.

She's prolly sitting around 500mil on hers.
