It's the gremlins I tell ya...Just like in the war...

You could add a helpful links section with links to Paragon Wiki and Vidiotmaps. I know a lot of us already use those sites, but new players may not be aware o the resources available to them.

When I installed the game Liberty was the first server I clicked on. At the time I had no idea there were east coast/west coast servers or the like. But after meeting the people I have here and making some great friends. I stayed. I don't even play on any of the other servers atm.

The move was fairly smooth, and now that I have internet hooked up again be prepared for the return of the Bean!!!
-
Two years ago I made the move to Massachusetts for work, and although I have loved my time here, it is time to head home (the West). I am already going through game withdrawals, but will see you all in about a week.

I know! You can let me kill you in Warburg for my rep badges
-
You can view the maps there or download a map patch which replaces the current in game maps with ones that show an icon for each explore badge.

I'm not sure how many people actually quit because of the changes to AE. I think a lot more people just quit using it (arena anyone?).
-
I would go with tech salvage. Now that AE farms are dead, more people are gravitating back to the demon farm which drops only arcane salvage.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of our north of the border players!!!

Hi Blue!!! Oh wait....this isn't forum games is it..... >.> <.< >.<

Welcome back! You can now play with the colors for you powers by visiting any of the Icon/Facemaker locations. Some sets like MA and SS also have alternate animations for some of the powers.
You can also change your difficulty options to set yourself as a team of 1-8 players and then increase the level of enemies you fight (-1 to +4). There is also no longer a fee for changing your difficulty settings.
One of the biggest changes you missed is the Mission Architect or "Architect Entertainment". You'll see the buildings in various zones. This is all player-create content and is run as a pseudo-task force. You can search for arcs (or play mine #1460).
Logging out your characters in various locations will also award day job badges, all of which have various bonuses attached to them.
Most of the other new content is team related (new 5th column TF/SF, super side kicking). -
It would take 42 days to earn them, but some of those powers are available as day job accolade powers which can be used anywhere.

Historically Freedom and Virtue are the most populated servers.

Not sure what the problem is. My fire/kin has been fine. Could be a problem with the map or character. Have you tried either sending a petition or filing a ticket with support?
-
If you are at least level 39, you could also run the Eden trial. The reward merits are not huge, but it is a very unique map, and a fun trial to run.

I think you hit it on head Cappy. When I first started playing I made a MA/regen scrapper. I took a lot of attacks and skipped Dull Pain. I honestly had no idea what the power did and the attacks just sounded to cool. It wasn't until later that I learned by taking more in my secondary pool first that I would have a better chance of surviving.

The LB channel is a private channel meaning you need an invitation to join it. You can get an invitation by sending a tell to one of the moderators (I'll have to go look up their globals). For non-private channels you use the command
/chanjoin NameOfChannel
For example two channels you could join are
/chanjoin SisterhoodFriends
/chanjoin Ghost Legion
Of if you see me online (@enderbean) I can get you invited to the channels. Welcome to CoH/V! -
My earth/storm troller did not take O2 boost. He is a debuffing/DoT attacker, not a buffer. Why? Because that's the way I like to play him.
