LJ that is just totally sweet! You have really pushed your talent up a few notches and have been turning out A+ quality work--not just the line work, but the composition of the pieces has jumped dramatically in quality. Always good, you are well on your way to fantastically excellent.

I actually have a character that I designed as a Golden Age hero:
Red Shock (Gadgets and Electricity).
Basic images:

Here is his quick bio from the game:
Lester Moore became obsessed with Tesla's lost method of pulling electricity out of the air. He read everything Tesla had ever written and struggled to reproduce it. Finally, he did. His marketing was stopped however by a group of criminals enforcing unfair trade practices for big business. He adapted the design into a pair of gauntles that now allow him to produce electricity from the air and use it as an offensive weapon. He's also added a few gadgets to improve his ability to fight crime. His mission: destroy crime wherever he finds it and continue finding methods of improving on the Tesla Technology.
I'd love to be in the story--thanks. -
Great piece--such a tool he has. Oh, my.

Here's a longshot:
I'm not sure I've captured what you're looking for:

give it time, it is a slide show. -
Nothing unusual, but I do try for similar placement of power types in my trays, so I don't get confused (which happens far too easily). Also, the upper left hand corner seems to be the least annoying place for the map.

Unusual for me to make sexy characters, but here are two:

Alex, this is simply brilliant fun! Great individuality among the characters, poses, expressions; a fun and amusing idea; and as always wonderfully executed. I'm not in it, and I wouldn't mind buying a small poster of it. If you want to limit editio it, look into posters at Lulu.com. They have better prices than CafePress, and methods whereby you can limit access to purchase. I think this would make an awsome little framed piece of work and I'd pay up to $20 for a copy to hang in my home office.
Think about it. -
I must've done it in another thread, but I really want to see your version of Diamond:

Sarrate has got that right. Something about CJ;s style is just perfect for this and it is a great layout and concept too--great stuff!

One of the best I've seen--nice, really truly nice.

MarDun, for starting out you can't beat the free one from DAZ with other freebies to work from. Between that and Photoshop you should be able to do quite a bit, hand on while I get the link:
http://www.daz3d.com/i.x/software/studio/-/?
DarkJedi is the master of this, and whatever failings it has, so a PM that way would probably help a great deal.
Also notice the Download DAZStudio for free--you'll also want poser and a few other freebies they have around there, just look around for it.
Great way to get your feet wet and learn about these programs.

I have a few silly questions:
What is the letter count for an origin and does it include spaces and punctuation?
Is it possible to paste it in from another program or can it onl be typed.
Thank you. -
Very nice work--and you're having fun to boot. Sounds like a win-win situation to me.
Keep up the good work. -
About the girl and her talent:
She has a good deal of technical talent, but like most prodigies, she lacks depth of expression. Good technique is a road to full capable expressiveness. You know, a lot of people claimed that Mozart's father (Leopold) wrote manay of Young Wolfgang's earlycompositions. However, the general consensus now is that WA Mozart was his own man, compositionally speaking.
If she is allowed to grow through insturction and not left to founder without direction.
Basically, if she is nurtured through training and not just proclaimed too talented for instruction, there is a likely hood that she will grow technically and artistically. She may even, if trained properly, develop her own techniques and methods.
Anyway, Christian inculcation or not, she likely is quite talented, but in order to become a true artist she must continue to train and grow-- just like all the musiclal prodogies that we hear about. -
Once you've got that down, I would love to see a tutorial.

Definitely HQ work on both parts. Thanks for sharing.
