Gee, he's almost as fast as George Perez!

I've tried to stay away from this-I don't have a dog in this fight. However, it is possible that someone could post a DA site that is perfectly SFW and between the time they post it and the time someone clicks it, the individual either entered a new NSFW deviation or picked a NSFW favorite.
In that case, not their fault. So, do the rules get them in trouble or take into account their lack of control of the page linked to?
Just curious. -
Very nice--be nice if he were a billionaire with access to excellent doctors and equipment to eventually off-set the effects of damage and abuse. Science can only do so much.

Our Old Man, Cocoa had to be put to sleep earlier this year--shortly after my wife's mother passed away--I'm glad he outlived her--she would have taken it harder than anyone--but we all took it very hard. My MIL owned Cocoa's mom and after a string of odd events we ended up with him. I really loved that old man. He was around 16 which is really old for a pure Chow. Unlike many of his fellow Chows, he had his mother's personality--which means he was mellow and sweet--and loyal as a Beagle. Some days I miss him terribly. One of the finest dogs I've been privileged to know.

I'm here because this is the coolest section to hang out in and they've not asked me to leave. I lurk in a couple of other sections and have not renewed my subscription to SDMB (the straight dope message boards) and this is a similar gathering of a cool group of people with eclectic tastes and interests. I really enjoy watching artists stretch and grow--and love several of the artists work here. I couldn't draw my way into a national mail order school, but I write and am a fair photographer.
I dig hanging out with other creative people, and in particular hanging out with these creative folks. -
Forgot to mention how all romantical it is and everything.

Seraff got the idea that I needed some thank you art for trying to cat-wrangle over in the satisfaction thread(tm).
I am very grateful for and happy with the final product. Seraff posted it in the satisfaction thread(tm), but I wanted to be sure more people saw it.
So, here's my main DeWayne.
and a reference.
Your humble Secretary of Satisfaction,

she looks amazingly innocent

Doesn't she? Don't let that fool you. -
Here's our dog Angel or dammit as I usually call her. I haven't figured out if she's just a stupid creature or evil. Apart from a cat we once owned named cuddles, this is the most inappropriately named animal I've ever encountered.

I think we should all just have some left over cake and ice cream, and move along...

I still think this...

I vote for cake and ice cream too.
Or even ice cream cake if that's available. -
Well, it seem I couldn't make anything I actually liked. Here they are--just so you know I did them--but I'm out of this one.

Thank you, Seraff, and everyone else too. I'm grateful to be among such talented and giving folks.
I love this! -
Memphis_Bill hit it, but the actual link to TA's commission thread is here.
You can check several artists there, review their styles and prices, and contact them directly.
In terms of participating in your project (which sounds really cool) if you are actively looking to commission (ie pay them) pretty much anyone with an opening in their on-going commission list will likely be interested.
We can't talk actual prices in the forum--so, really, you just need to check the list for styles and general prices to get a feel for who might fit artistically and financially into your project.
It's also important to note that while it is a great place to start, not everyone is on it, so a look around DA is also a great suggestion. -
Britannia is still back on page 2 and if you just didn't like it, I'll give a go with another.
They are looking good. -
Hey, manipulating photoshop so that it looks really good is an art.
I haven't scrutinized it, but it looks great! -
Driven mad by the emergence of her demon-half, Liza Freeman became a burning scourge tearing across the already hellish Mercy Isle. She became Hott Chocolatte (because Hot Chocolate, Hott Chocolate, HotChocolate, Hot Cocoa, and Hott Cocoa were already taken and that's just too many people to kill over a name--she's insane, not crazy).

Because I'm lazy you only get a slide show.
