yay! still able to starte in praetoria. if not that would be annoying lol.
i sure would like to see more of the praetorian earth outside cole's touch, the wild overrun earth and perhaps encounter another pocket of people that survived on their own, but that's probs not gonna happen. i'll be happy for the arc where we search for marauder

HELP!
My Darkness Controll Storm Summoning controller hit his epic pools and unlocked the patron pools and now I've found I cant train past 40 because I cant decide which pool to pick for my main build. Ice, Mu or Lev.
What are y'all's suggestions? I could REALLY use help picking one for my MAIN build [and figuring out slotting for the four powers of each pool i pick]. all three will eventually get their own build, but my main build will be for both teams and solo, so not specified for one or the other. i dont have any +defense powers beyond steamymist but use stealth/-tohit/kb/hold for self defense.
SO I need help and advice! My options are:
-ICE
-has two good attacks to round out my attack chain
-patch dmg
-has def AND resist shield
-optional oh-sh** button
-fits theme best
-0 pets
-MU
-has extra survivability
-has sexy Mu Guardian
-electric AoE to help attack chain
-optional oh-sh** button
-fits theme second best
-1 pet with his own pet[?]
-LEVIATHAN
-water spout. Water Spout. waterspout. water-spout. spout of water.
-toxic cone for attack chain
-good coralax pet.
-optional oh-sh** button
-only water spout fits theme, but it's like my favorite power evar.
-2 pets
My head says Ice, my heart says Mu, and my weewee is screaming Water Spout.
HELP! PLEASE! WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!

and also, arbiter hawk made zill a little nervous when he subtly mentioned how-not dificult alternate animations actually were if they already exist and it's just a matter of adding a tiny bit of code-stuff on the coffee talk last week[?]... then they covered themselves with saying "...IF THERE'S TIME IN THE SCHEDULE".

I would say probably not because nothing has been mentioned about MM Henchmen being color tintable. I could be wrong though.

On the note of a potential "Airblast" set, I'm really hoping for it's nuke to be some kind of cyclone that whirls enemies around as it pulls them in closer to the blaster and then shoots them all above his head as they land around him like so much dust in the wind.
Maybe irritating for melee characters as their enemy is suddenly and violently torn away from them, but damn if it wouldn't look cool.
and yeah several cyclones is much more impressive, but i'd reccomend three snow devils [comprable to Scirocco's five dust devils] as a T8 pet power for Wind Blast. think Voltaic Sentinal X Tornado X Water Spout = Dust Devils = Snow Devils for PCs.

Right now, these shorts can only be used with bare human skin. Unlike the male briefs patter, these cannot be used with armour, mutant legs or, leather, chain and so forth. Shorts with tights do exist for bare legs (bizarrely enough, since that's not a "tights with skin" option), but again - that's only usable on bare legs or coloured bare legs. It's not usable with the game's more interesting textures.

you know what would be nice?
complete proliferation of rifle models.
the new ones work for all three sets: AR, MM Bot Laser Rifle, and the Beam Rifle.
Beam got all the ones from MM's set, plus it's own ones, plus all the new ones that are shared among the three. but... MM and AR totally could use them all. thematically this would work wonders. i know the poses are a little different but if you just change the weapon orientation a little all weapons could fit all three powersets... the poses and animations[ minus fx] are already wicked similar anyway and some models are already shared...
beam rifle has the coolest weapons that should and could be ported. but i loathe the set [all the beams/attacks look too similar and that's no fun at all.]
please port all weapons. esp the resistence/dust rifles and that cannon-one to AR and MM.

Would it be possible to make shin guards and bracers/anklets to go with bare feet? Similar to the ones for wrists and forearms, but for ankles and shins.
I'd like to use anklets for my Atlantean-type character, and I think shin guards would be great for barbarians or what-have-yous.
I actually can't find any pictures of comic book characters who utilize plain round anklets, which is bad for illustrative purposes but excellent in allowing us to further distance CoH characters from existing comic book ones.
But looking for shin guards pulls up Skeletor, which is a pretty good example.
it's so awesome.
shinguards like that, i want them too. but mostly the belt/skirt.

that actually was a great ninjitsu control set suggestion. but instead of a ninja i'd have a different sort of Oni [MM's have Fire so maybe Light/Shadow Oni? Metal Oni? to be more interesting than just a ninja XD]

and illusion probs wont happen for doms anytime soon. They're wicked busy with new sets for a while [working on Wind Blast for me ;D eh? eh? eh?]
but for illusion to be ported for doms i'd suggest: the pbaoe group invis turning into a aoe-patch-slow-with-chance-to-confuse, the fear-pet-patch becoming a facing cone fear with low "illusory" dmg, and Phantom Army [the big reason it's not ported to doms? or is it the Phantasm?] becoming a different sort of pet similar to the shades from haunt, summoning three pets that arent as invincible and call them Phantom Horde or something? ... or even just extending recharge and lowering dmg a bit to balance? :/ idk but it could be altered as a set as much as dark maisma was to become darkness affinity...
anyway
what set should i choose for my new dominator? AAACK have to go save names!!!

it would make more sense and be much more feasible to turn "Hellfire" into an epic pool combining some of the other demon hellfire attacks with the three whip attacks and then porting it to several ATs.

i would still prefer the GM code so they always cone purple and are crazy difficult bc of their large numbers, but available on all maps for an extended period of time to all levels.
a global scale invasion threatening the very reality itself shouldnt be limited to incarnates. i can be won by incarnates, but not limited to. i also think that it should be crazy globally inclusive, like a Skrull Invasion or visit from Apokolips. -

i have four 'incarnated'
i mean... i'd like ALL of mine to make it to incarnate level... but most get lucky if they break lvl 30.
not intentionally, but like above... i'd be lucky to make it that far. i'm usually squishy and leveling is hard solo. i'm not all crazy about IO's and builds. math doenst interest me and while the real numbers are nice... i simply enjoy the fx and usually run around at +0x1. -

and yeah the coralax themselves need to be fleshed out. now that we have water blast they need to be updated themselves and some powers added, and maybe a higher level story arc exploring their civilization with a re-skinned oranbega map or something...

but i would also LOVE to know more about the Order of the Four Winds and how they are organized as an impartial[?] order training people and where they get said wind powers to bestow from [gods? elementals? wells? what?]. more interaction between Levantera, Borea, Scirocco, Ice Mistral, maybe even Zephyr, Seraphina, the Dark Watcher, and maybe some actual monks from the order.
to be released with Wind Blast and maaaybe Wind Control powersets. XD

and maybe more about other alien races that do exist. right now we only have what, two? kheldians/nictus and shivan? the crabs and squids are just echoes of extinct races so those dont count [unless you're a time shifter XD]. battalion makes three buttttttt...
