Oh, once when I was doing that one Ouroboros mission from the Pilgrim featuring the 5th Column, when that one 5th Column minion said "There is no way the 5th Column can be defeated!" I responded with a simple "Heh."

Recently, one of my Loyalist Praetorians fought a group of Resistance fighters. When aggroed, the Resistance said something like: "You messed with the wrong slammers today!" My response: "It appears YOU messed with the wrong 'blueberry.'

Were you by any chance near the Neutropolis border when you took that? I think that's what it is.
(As an aside, I think Neutropolis is where Emperor Cole's facade comes off and we see just how evil he really is. Think about it, the cloudy skies, the sinister-sounding music in all the neighborhoods, the fact that he seems to be readying a massive invasion force in the Lambda Sector. We KNOW that he is Hitler without the moustache!) -

I would be content with the ability to halfway defeat a boss, then be able to talk to them like in certain GR missions. Would open up a LOT of doors for me.

Some of the minions (I think Hellions are notorious) run upon aggro if the minion in question was stealing a purse or discussing business with fellow gangsters.

Immediately after going to Paragon City at level 20, he soloed the Statesman Task Force, killed Lord Recluse in one hit, using only TO's.
