I know I want the emote bringit animation from the Martial Arts pack for Martial Arts' Taunt.
-
Long live City of Heroes, the greatest MMO ever created!
-
No, Sic Semper Tyrannis is Latin for "Thus Always to Tyrants"
-
In any case, I think the badge for beating the Trial/TF or whatever leads to Cole's defeat should be called Sic Semper Tyrannis.

Quote:Because they're defiant and/or stupid. Why do enemies insist that I haven't a chance against them when they are paralyzed and on fire?
Sometimes heroes dress as seven foot tall flaming skull-faced incarnations of wrath. -
Yeah, I hope it will be available next year. I also have a few new ideas:
Costume pieces to make a skeletal character
Zombie Shambling temp power (We have the animation in Necromancy Zombie Horde's moving animation)
Maybe mummy costume pieces
Mummy walk/Sleepwalking temp power maybe. -
Heh. Maybe we can get Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman to cameo so we can bust the myth that Emperor Cole is a kind, fair ruler and not a war-mongering tyrant.
-
I bet that since First Ward features the Mother of Mercy Psychiatric Hospital, that may be the next trial, and it will feature Mother Mayhem and Malaise.
And I kinda also want to fight Tyrant in his tower too. C'mon! We have 2 trials in Neutropolis, 1 in Imperial City and 1 in the Underground. Nova Praetoria needs some love!
Oh, and the badge for completing the Trial/TF that results in Tyrant's defeat SHOULD be called "Sic Semper Tyrannis!" -
In a secret bunker, a certain brass-clad Archvillain is declaring that his 'work here has been done.'

The dev associated with Statesman left AGES AGO. It is only poetic justice that Statesman dies too!
While, BAB is also off the team, too many people liked him and so he should live. -
So, can Blue Steel have Manticore's stuff? If not... can the Cursed Sorcerer have his stuff?

Oh, and someone tell the Devs that they failed on two accounts.
1. They failed to disappoint me.
2. They failed to give me reason to cancel my subscription. -
Earlier, there was someone posting about Lord Recluse, but there is a worse villain. If you play some of the high-end villain tips you know who I'm talking about: Flambeaux. She's basically Foxbat with breasts IMHO.
There's an old RTS game that I sometimes play called Stronghold. In this game, the first villain you face is called Duc De Puce (a.k.a. The Rat) The other villains are pretty good, but the Rat's voice makes you want to plunge your sword down his throat (or his eye, or crotch or whereever hurts the most.) Here's a sample.

Ok, which dev do I have to thank for giving Broad Sword to Brutes?
For that matter, same question for Thermal/Fire Defenders and Regen for Brutes. -
Many of the above-mentioned:
Aaron Walker's arc-Noble Savage MAY be one of my favorite Praetorian characters.
Seer 1381, aka Katie Douglas certainly hit me hard not only with her actual arc, but also her moral choice. Helping her find her identity, and then helping her free her other compatriots so that maybe they can find their identities. (How knows how many Seers have a similar backstory to hers, maybe ALL of them?)
Aaron Walker's death in Dark Watcher's Praetorian arc. And Sefu Tendaji's death in his Vanguard arc. The latter made me want to tear off Nemesis' brass faceplate and then mutilate his ******* face!
Of course my character's double's death gave me a new reason to hate Protean in case his Power Siphon wasn't enough already.
And it's strange, but every time a Praetorian does the mission to leave Praetoria, it's sad. It doesn't matter if it's a Crusader, Warden, Power Loyalist, or Responsibility Loyalist.
Etc. Etc. -
