Seriously, I would actually kinda like to see the Clockwork King start to be redeemed considering his connection to Penny. In the LGTF, the King seemed to strike me as someone who could be redeemed if only he wasn't insane and/or misguided.

I don't have all the specifics worked out, but I have a great idea for a suggestion I've seen tossed around these forums before: Channeling attacks through staffs and similar items.
Staff Blast would feature the ability to attack your enemies with various elements such as:
Fire
Ice
Electricity
Psionic
Darkness
Light
These elements would be accessed much like Dual Pistols' alternate ammunition types with toggles. Only one element would be able to be accessed at a time and no attacks could be used until an element was selected. (All elements would have to be available at level 1 of course.) Also, the attacks' damage type would depend on which element is active. -

I have a Praetorian Brute named Sir Slaughter who even though he's left Praetoria and went on to the Rogue Isles, he is still loyal to Emperor Cole. If he could do it in-game, he would beat down his leaguemates in the Itrials and allow the trials to fail. Basically, his goal is to do everything he can to prevent Primal Earth from gaining the upper hand. (Yeah, I wish we had post-Praetoria Loyalist content.)

I thought of a Zig Prison Trial after playing BAF for the first time. It would be basically the Pre-I21 Villain tutorial from the Heroes' perspective where the heroes are trying to contain the escapees and fight Arachnos who is responsible for starting the prison break.

Um, unless something changed in the past couple weeks, that gun *is* back - it's a current option for beam rifle, my beam/dark corruptor is using it. It's just not available for sets other than beam, is my guess.
