edit: as to stuff that's harder and/or more fun redside, I've got to agree that Mayhem missions are more challenging and more fun than Safeguards. on the other hand. later in the game, teaming up with heroes to do heroic stuff (saving the world from the Rikti, or beating the poop out of Mr I AM NICTUS in the ITF) is less rewarding, because you don't get the option to try and make a deal with the enemies and sell out your heroic, temporary allies. I've probably got one or two villains who'd happily let Paragon City become a Rikti controlled area if they could get themselves a nice island with palm trees, drinks served in coconuts and some hula girls out of it. -
thanks, Tony. been needing to upgrade for a few months now and keep holding off until any of the new games I'm wanting announce any kind of requirements. At least I can consider prices now.

bit sad that they're showing us screenies (ooh, shiny) and telling us that Ultra Mode is coming "if your computer can handle it" but not telling us what our computer will need to have in order to handle it.
still, looks nice, not sure on the EATs at 20 thing, but I suppose if it encourages new players (seems unlikely) and the other stuff sounds good. Probably go for the collectors version of GR. -
well, sure I was aware there were many reasons to have 2 accounts. but if we don't have one, we shouldn't have to get one just to safely transfer inf.
I'll guess that there's a lot of people who do only have one account. How the ratio compares, I don't know. -

I've ignored people, or added a note when people have been unable to communicate well. I suppose if we could bring along a few alts as bot-controlled teammates we wouldn't need to worry so much about this. A real team is obviously better, but there are times when I'm happily soloing but get stuck on a mish where I maybe need one or two extra hands to soak up some of the damage/numbers or dish some damage out. I don't think it's a terrible idea, but there'd have to be a bit of planning and restriction to get it working in a way that wouldn't discourage real teams.

seriously, I'd like to see emailing of items and/or a global vault. I do see the arguments against it because it would affect the market a bit, but since there's nothing but the worry of having to trust others that limits it at the moment I'm not sure it's an argument I can take 100% on board. of course, maybe the devs would prefer us to trust others? -
I wouldn't hate being able to team up some of my toons in a single mission. Maybe it could be implemented as something for AE, with diminished rewards in place or something?

wouldn't really affect me at all. not for it or against it so long as it doesn't take up a lot of Dev time to implement as it does seem quite a minor thing

hopefully with Going Rogue we'll get the option to choose hero or villain versions of our badge titles. (with the science booster's gender swapping, it'd be nice if we got to choose male or female versions as well)
I've one Blaster in particular that I'd like to have the Thief day job, and alternately, I think as many Bankers could be villains as are heroes. -
I'd still like enemy costume parts to be unlocked after getting defeat badges from them. Take out enough Freakshow and you're bound to be able to rip off at least a couple of usable robo-arms, and so on.
Make it part of an issue, thus eliminating some of the complaints about us never getting any good cossies in the free updates.
Agree that we're unlikey to get signature characters' unique pieces. I would like it if we got similar parts though. I'm not all for Ms Liberty's belt and sword combo, but I'd be all for a few variations on the theme, this piece in particular IMO since we've got the similar police officer belt/nightstick combo. -

I don't like the in-client store. For starters, for EU players it seems to randomly alternate between Euros and Pounds Sterling, which is a bit of a pain when it always seems to be in Euros when I go to buy something. There's also times when I may want to buy character slots but don't have access to the game. Earlier this year I was to get some as a birthday gift, but the person had to give me the money and I had to wait until I was home to buy them. I'm not sure if there's a technical aspect limiting purchase of extra character slots to the client itself, but if there isn't I don't see why there'd be any reason not to let people add more slots to their account without being logged into the game.

Authority vol 4 and Sleeper season 2 books. (Yes, I can't wait for Going Rogue to get embroiled in a similar situation to Holden Carver) Robot Chicken and Dollhouse DVDs. bunch of other stuff too, including money, some of which will go towards some new character slots!
