I'm worried we're getting too far off topic, and I'll admit that's kinda my fault. I'm away to buy it now anyway, and hope that it gives me it for £9.99. If not, oh well, it's not any more than I'd pay for the free month and the magic booster separately anyway.
edit: after going through payment, every thing even my back's secure payment thing says POUNDS not EUROS. Not a bug, but inaccurate information methinks.

As a non British citizen I find this offensive. I still think the servers should be En-US, En-EU or US/ EU. Heck best would be AM/ EU.

Frankly i care little for it being en US or UK or even EU (serious most of us dutch have a terrible english accent), i rather see just 1 total server.
Yet, as seen in all URL's, UK seems to be the 'EU side' of CoX. (uk.xxx) So in such, UK/US seems valid. Amazed me they didnt use a co.uk or sortlike

HA! You're kidding right? Most native-Dutch I've met speak English at least as well as a lot of native-UK folks I know. And I like the accent.

Of these three, I only find the middle one a good one for covered eyes.
The other two are just.. cheap to draw comic that became a style. You'll notice this as the white will move along with the facial features and is actually covering ON the eyes instead of over them.. must be hell to blink when you have eyelashes, which most of us do.
That said, though I dislike the style as in my book it just doesn't make sense (for the above reason) there are those that like the style (a friend of mine being one of them) I think the option of having single colour eyes would be nice.
Though to get away from the face paint, they'd need to add texture and depth to the excisting masks to counter that side of the complaint, but that's not really mentioned afterwards, just the eye-less eyes.

I do think a second pattern option would be good in general (legs body head etc) being able to apply 2 patterns would add a lot of variety to costumes.

Some smaller "Hidden" locations could be fun though, like the Corolax in Grandville, Easter Egg Room, Sky Raider base in Sharkhead and then the abandoned SG bases in Faultline etc... really unique locations!

you know what, I read the news item, but didn't click the link before now. How come the price goes up £5 between me reading the CoH site and loading the NC store?
I really don't see the point of this, although if I decide I can afford it, will get it for the Magic booster.
Is this the boxed CD version or just a download. I thought it was just a download, which is why I was initially confused as the the point of it. If it is the boxed version it makes a little more sense. -

I'll always buy stuff from a bricks and mortar shop if I can. Of course, if it comes down to ordering from a website or ordering something in from a shop, I'll go online, as it's usually more reliable, and far cheaper. That said, I did once get a free t-shirt after I complained that a CD I'd pre-ordered wasn't in-store on the release day.

I'm assuming that with a Certain Other game coming out, we'll get a boxed version of Going Rogue. Hopefully a Collectors Edition with some fancy stuff.
However, if there isn't a boxed version...maybe NC don't want my money as much as Companies Other. -
