So like my best friend just got herself a new phone and uses texting, (like everyone outside of North America has been doing for a decade now). I had looked at the prices and $0.75 for each received text from outside of Canada was going to kill me. My monthly plan didn't have texting (that I knew of) so I called Fido to add some. I lost nothing, and the new value-pack they changed me to is actually $1 cheaper than my current plan.

Hm. Bayani's probably going to undergo a respec...question is which epic pool should I spec into because Body Mastery and Blaze both fit conceptually. On one hand, Body gives Focused Accuracy and that new power that Boosts bonuses from Stamina and Health by 50%. On the other hand, Blaze would get him Char, Melt Armor, and Fireball. And since the Blaster to Scrapper conversion, I have missed my Ha-Do-Ken...
...and the metric frog-ton of colour changes I'll be making. I've found a nice "Blight" style for my new Earth/Earth Dom. -

At least I got most of my lawn done. I really should have done it a week ago, but I've been feeling horrible this past week, and just got over it. Unfortunately, in that time was when the grass grew in thick and tall, and while trying to cut it, it kept jamming up, and at one point while trying to push through (it's a manual, ugh) the freaking handle snapped right off. Cheap workmanship.
Well, nothing I can do about it now. Just have to save up for a new one. Time to just kick back and relax today. Oh, and beat up the Joker some. -
Ain't no last hurrah yet. Lots of summer left Moo and such.

You do know that people get into plenty of fights where noone gets shot or stabbed. In fact MOST fights involve noone getting shot or stabbed. Relying on a weapon is a good way to insure that you spend as much time in jail and court as humanly possible when dealing with a minor situation.
I may be Canadian, but I'm a Canadian that's fed up with the legal system and supports a return to a Justice system. -

Yesterday @theguild linked to The Legend of Neil S02E03 where Felicia Day (who plays the fairy) sings a ribald tune. I laughed so hard I then had to go back and watch the whole series. S01 is only 6 episodes and S02E03 is the most recent.

Someone pointed out that Win+D will show the desktop, and pressing Win+D again will restore the windows, but only if you don't open another window between the two commands. That's kind of self-defeating, since the only reason I ever want to see the desktop is when I'm trying to find a file or folder to open, and then have all my windows back to how I'd left them. Under XP, I used a program called TopDesk, which mimics Expose's feature set. It apparently plays well with Aero and is compatible with 64-bit Vista, so I'd assume it works with 64-bit Win7 as well, but I haven't had a chance to dig up a 64-bit version (although I'd also assume my 32-bit installer would work just fine).

Been running Win7 64-bit RTM since it was released on MSDN. No problems what so ever. System is Phenom X4 9950, 4gb ram, GTX 260 card. I didnt even have to install sata drivers this time around. If your system worked with vista then it should install just fine so long as you dont do a dirty upgrade.
