However, as they said during the UStream: The bonus reward is for doing ANY of the SSA's that week. Once all 7 are out for the current story you only get the weekly reward once. Not once per mini-arc.

Since my old alt from back when these started had since been deleted I rerolled her (Brass Betty) last night as an SR/Dark tank. Hoping to be at least 20 by the 7th.

I just finished the First Ward arcs on my pure Praetorian toon. Daaaaang that's some good writing (even the Ghostbusters bits) and the art is awesome. Kudos to all involved.

I've got two words for you: ranged defense. Is it perfect? Hell no! Can you rely on the ranged softcap to see you through an AV soloing attempt without any need for reserve breakfrees? Absolutely not! What it does do is save you from, I estimate, about 65% of the mezzes you'd ordinarily be smacked with and a lot of attacks besides. The other advantage is that ranged damage sets pretty much suck apart from thunderstrike, so blasters have an uncommonly easy avenue to shoring up their numbers.
To put it another way, if you're looking for reliable status immunity, it's clarion or a different AT. However, solo blasting can be enjoyable and "safe" if you're willing to hedge your bets and take a few risks. After all, why else would you even roll a blaster? -

Really? Double XP is a standard offering from Paragon Studios. The last one was January 27th and the one before that was ... wait for it ... It's WAY off from this current one ... August 2nd 2010.

I see about a net 0% speed change except when applying after a patch. Then it has thus far, in the last few months, been a vast improvement.
