Looking at the epic moves and torn between blaze and body mastery.
focused accuracy and phys. perfect look great, conserve power too, and laser eyes always make me drool.
But then there's melt armor........we all know how fun that is.
has anyone went with blaze mastery on a claws scrapper before? seems kinda crazy, but cool at the same time. -

EDIT: If I take quick recovery, is it ok to skip stamina? Or would they be great together?

Hi Scrappers!!! After 6 months of solid villainy I have decided to try out the fresh-aired, clean streets of Paragon! Now I did put some consideration into each archetype for heroes, but being a villain for so long, there's only one kind of hero that can suit me, a SCRAPPER!!!
So! I took claws/regen because I have never tried regen before, my only stalker is /nin.
I ask your advice, what can I skip now or drop at later levels? Regen really has 2 self heals?
Why do I keep looking for my fury bar? Is the base damage really higher than Brute's cause it sure looks like it. And finally, would phase shift be good to take for when MoG crashes, or would there be a better 'escape'? -

Take another shot at it sometime, and mention you've never completed one before. A good team, and team leader, will explain what is expected.
Or, lead one yourself, saying "This will be done the BRUTE WAY! No MERCY! NO SURVIVORS!" Lotsa ambushes on that last mission! Yee haw!
Did an explicit "KILL ALL" ITF recently. Didn't take as long as I thought...
lol, I'm probably going to run one soon with some dudes from work to get a feel for it. I really was doing a good job!!!! Managed to keep aggro even though I'm an EM/ (thanks to the Mu powers =D ), stayed alive through the x8 mobs coming out, each one Orange/red con, then noticed that I'm not seeing any bot lasers from the mm or any other powers besides the riktis wizzing through the air.
Ahh well, got to use the global ignore option for the first time, lol. I agree though, when an evidently new person asks what they're doing wrong, myself I would explain what the plan is, rather than just heckle and rant about a 6 month vet that hasn't done an LGTF before. I mean so what? Life doesn't always allow us to spend 10 hours a day doing TF's and SF's and perfecting strategies.....(as much as I'd like it to) -
it's defeat guys, not kill, you're making the children cry. Man I wish it did say kill instead. But that's about as possible as having blood fly out as an option when you killfeat mobs eh?

So is there a certain way to doing the LGTF? What I mean is, is there a certain way that players go about completing it?
I was doing one last night for the first time as my brute, but got harped on to the point where I quit for.....well....I don't know because instead of explaining the plan to me when I said I hadn't done one before, all I received as a response was "SRSLY?!" All I was doing was running in and hitting mobs to take aggro and build fury, last I checked that's what brutes do, lol.
So, anyone wanna help me prepare for next time? What's the best strategy for this? Cause beating up stuff as described in the nav window is apparently wrong. -
agreed! Elec armor is great! I have a stone melee brute with it and I love it! Energize and hasten go together so well.

The differnt ammo types are great. Have always loved the concept, and Im really glad they went with it. But the animations? No thanks. Why is this so hard to do in MMO's. Its not a terribly hard concept. If i have a gun set, i really only want one thing from it: to shoot. I realize that it might be a bit boring, but if i wanted something fancy, I would have picked a fancy set.
I also realize its a little early to make a rant thread... But those animations looked pretty finalized, and you dont just scrap months worth of work at the drop of a hat.
Honestly, there is very little reason left for me to even consider buying going rogue. I dont care about demon summoning. The rest is a graphics upgrade that I might not be even able to use, and some new storylines.

Slushy-a** winters and windy not-so-hot summers because the province is right on the water.
We also get the tail end of each hurricane that goes through Florida and the southeast, but
by the time it gets here, it's just like a tropical shower.
But yah it does go as high as 24 C in the Summer, just in small doses.
