nope, it's all "defeat"
"defeat" them with your assault rifle
"defeat"them with your lethal arrows
"defeat" them by caving in their skulls with a mace
"defeat"......well....you get it
watching sparks fly off of human flesh when I hit them wth my katana, like it's an episode of power rangers, lol.
in conclusion, I want a 18+ version. Or a blood on/off option.....or both -

This has been suggested before in some form (probably by me. I cant remember). The idea is that certain powers have a chance to combine for a third animation type and soe added effects (yeah, I know MUA). For example, if a fire immob and a stone immob roll a chance to combine, the become a hold with a lava animation (ala Magma Lords) or say a stormy creates a tornado and that pet crosses a burn patch, there may be a chance that it becomes a fire tornado that causes added fire damage. Now the chances aren't that high, because not only would they be a sight to see, but also be a pretty powerful effect. -

So I've been leveling up my Elec/Ninja Stalker and it's been a freaking blast so far on my trek to 50 (lvl 42 so "almost" there). I honestly think this is one of the better stalker sets, since it has great AOE dmg (L.Rod, Tstrike, chain) and great ST dmg (AS, chain, t1/t2 attacks).
I remember in my early levels before I got to any spawn group, I would have to look through all the mobs in a spawn and find the most dangerous targets and be sure to take them out. However, once I got lightning rod, I feel like I lost a bit of the stalker feeling. Since then, the strategy has been to Lightning rod in for the dmg and kd, and dispense with the aoe's goodness.
In a strange way though, I miss the tacticul awareness that was required pre Lightning rod. Can someone suggest a very stalker ish primary? Right now, I'm debating between Ninja Blade, Energy Melee, and Dual Blades. Anyone have any comments on them besides what's in the FAQs?
Also, anyone have any comments on Energy Aura as a secondary?
Plus the other moves -def the mobs, you really can't go wrong.

What's the deal with the lack of mid level I/O's? And I'm talking blueside. I can barely squeak together a set of anything decent these days at lvl 35. And it's not because I am underbidding, looking at the sell dates on recipes and enhancements, only one comes up for sale per week. Postitron's, Numinia's, etc., - there is just nothing for sale until you get to 50. Maybe it's the deluge after AE, but there is a severe lack of them right now.
Is everyone hunting purps on their 50's after lvl'ing up on AE? I have really enjoyed playing my alt scrapper, but i/o's in the mid 30's would make the grind a lot easier to deal with. The only way I got a LotG +recharge is when I lucked out on a reward merit roll because there are none for sale at that level.
Hopefully this will change with the holiday event merit rolls that are sure to hit the market, but what does this say about the players in general? Is everyone simply playing their 50's these days? -

Out of my many remaining and deleted alts, 74018 will just never die in my mind:
He's my first brute, My first shot at EM/WP, and my first toon that had set bonuses as I was learning all about it. His backstory is funny too, as it's the only one I've ever come up with, being an altoholic n' all.
74018 was originally designed as a "test your strength" punch scale arcade game in Cap. Some hacker kid was trying to steal the inf out of it, and accidentilly hit the "hit back" switch in the machine, which instantly punched the guy to death, and now wanders the rogue isles punching anything that triggers it's motion sensor. -

finished a LRSF the other day, even though the baby woke up on the last objective, held her in one arm while she fell back to sleep while assault-rifling the heroes, and running around laying traps one-handed!!! Now that's dedication! thank you devs for the ability to do everything with one hand! Saved my bacon! =D

I plan on slotting the chance for hold from devastation on all the ranged attacks, plus another piece for the 12% regen. coupled with the 3 holds given from the primary and secondary, as well as ice patch, I'm gonna feel like a dominator, lol

I don't have a complete build for ya but Dark would be great with /Ela. Dark will give you life back with siphon life and elec will give you end back with power drain. Works well if you ask me, welcome to stalking! It's nice to see the stalker forum alive again!
for killing Rikti, anything with aoe. those blasting drones are gonna see right through your stealth!!! o_O -
I just hit 26 today on my nin/nin stalker and I'm having the time of my stalker life with the ninja moves and the ninja booster and stuff. I hear it's not the greatest in pvp but I'll give it a try anyway. My only advice is skip smoke flash as it sucks...lol Personally I skipped flashing steel too as the cone is too small but that's up to you.
Oh and being a first time stalker, you may not know, but in a team you have something like an extra 3% crit chance for each team member on board, or something like that. -
