    Broad Sword?

I have no idea why, luck of the draw? It is a pretty heavy-hitting set, I took a BS/regen stalker to lvl 20-something. IT's as brutal on end as it is on your victims though, I say giv'r.
  2. Best 2 I find for corruptors in general, despite any primary, is dark or kin.
  3. And here I was about to delete the only toon i have now with the 5 year badge. Looks like you guys bought him some time lol.

So April 28th is the big day eh? I'm sure some of the "GIMMIE RELEEZ DATE NAO" people will rejoice.

There's nothing wrong with masturbation for the purpose of Dinosaur extinction. Cavemen discovered the fap before fire, and Velociraptors would STILL be running around if they hadn't.

I would think that making it easier for the ones that are playing and the drops would encourage new 50s and make it a stronger player base for when GR hits.

Even more so since i17 has nothing at all in it except 2 arcs and a new posi which is just a similar posi kinda updated.

why not reward people for staying with the game and make it easier for the ones still playing instead of harder which only makes people go to other games?

i think its another case of the devs diconnect with player base
oh christ here we go again. lol the "I'm all alone" thread

haha are they good? I still have a while before that comes into my hands, and I'd probably take the nem staff anyway, science/tech origin are my fave dumb little things to throw.
  9. Never heard of Kora fruit before, sounds delicious. But I'm all about having anything new added to redside. Lets' do it!

Good Choice!!! It's DPS and the recharge io slotting can't be beat! My main corr is that build, and those dudes' guides really helped me a lot too. Myself I always stuck with flight because it's nice to stay above to get that perfect spot for your RoF/TP/fireball combo from a bird's eye view. Plus his only defense is manuvers, that Mu pool shield, and shadow fall, so staying above the crowd with hover helps a lot when you're running +1/x4 mobs.

Suichiro's giude to burn was old but still very very useful when I found it

Also I forget the poster but the guide to SMASH for brutes was very useful too.

    2) these mobs don't show up in any other zone and very few missions. Everywhere else "law" and order is enforced by Arachnos troops. Again, it just doesn't make sense that for the first 5 levels the Rogue Isles have a police force and after that - they don't.

Here's a little profile on them for ya. Coming from a hardcore redside fan, Mercy Island wouldn't be the same without them I think.

  17. Man I WISH I got free ones I didn't deserve. For the past 2 vets awards I've had to notify a GM because I didn't even get the ones I did deserve. :S No hard feelings tho.
  18. I hit 12 months vet award today!

Well, actually 2 days ago, I think the vet bug is still on the loose. Had to /bug the lack of badge, then got the badge....but just the badge....so I had to /bug the lack of sprints, costume slot, tailor token, and sands of mu/blackwand staff (oh you crazy GM's and your literal-ness)

But regardless! 12 months! Anyone else a year old this month?
  19. GRATZ guys, that's very cool!

(Now if I can only get my rl gf to play so I can meet her online....)
  20. lots and lots of corrs. They're my fave AT. MM's a close second.

    2 buffer corrs
    2 corrs with /DM
2 more mm's (maybe zombie ones for theme)
1 SoA (crab for MOAR AoE)
    1 token brute

To point: How do you feel about people who could have taken an ally resurrect power - as in, it was in their powerset - but chose not to? I realise the easy answer to that is "their build, their call," but can you be certain you will feel the same way when things go bad, you're lying there dead and the guy is shrugging his shoulders, going "Well, I didn't really build for team support?" Because that's what I'm looking at right now.

    Let me explain.

I'm not a team player, and as such would not really have access to ally-only power, but I'm a fan of Masterminds nonetheless. Over the years, I've done what I can to avoid sets like Poison which had ally-only powers I couldn't use on my henchmen (WHY?!?), but with the advent of Demon Summoning in the very near future, I really HAVE to start thinking about using sets like these - namely Thermal, which even for Masterminds comes with an ally-only resurrect power.

Now, I don't WANT this power, because I don't intend to play on a team, and as such it will constitute an empty pick, something I'm not a big fan of. Considering I might end up with other things I want to take, it seems only fare to skip powers I don't feel I'll almost ever need. On the other hand, I worry that this will turn me into some kind of pariah in the eyes of my fellow heroes and villains, like the oft-discussed people who didn't take "key" powers from their sets.

Basically, unless I end up with a power pick and NOTHING to take, I don't want to take an ally-only resurrect power. Is that an acceptable move to make?
A good question indeed, but you said it in the first place, Your build, your call

Physical perfection as well. In fact in each AT there are combination that provide significant end recovery and/or discounts without dipping into Stamina.
what about masterminds that have buff secondaries? I suppose most don't take the mm moves anyway so that would fit. But still, having to go with one certain secondary just for a break from mandatory pool is a little frustrating sometimes.

Definitely. No explanation needed. That would be perfect I think. Slotting it with Obliteration or better makes up for the damage already.
