Well they better make that perf. shifter proc start at lvl 1 or I'm quitting. THEN I'll go find some duct tape, THEN I'll go find two servers, any servers, maybe the ones here at work, maybe the ones at the library, and merge them. THEN I'll get a gas mask and a wearable billboard that says "The end is near" and walk up and down the street crying DOOOOOM!!!
  2. level 2?! I have to grind all the way through level 1 to get free fitness?! DOOOOOOOMMM!!! Merge teh SERVERZZ!!!

Also explains why my NB/nin Stalker is more survivable than my Nin MM.

If it was a kind of magic sword or something that just appears, OK, but for a Natural character that's a little hard to explain.
Ahh what you refer to is known as hammer-space:

commonly used by today's cartoon characters and pioneered by the Warner Bros. Toons.

true story, I've got a -res proc in GC, SotW, GD, and SD. they make a difference all right.

This thread is making me want to go hunt an AV or two on my NB/Nin

I'm no AE author, but that sounds like an arc worth making.

I noticed that this morning when I got home. It's ok though, I don't plan on stealthing through missions, and glue arrow usually follows up right after flash anyway.

I also noticed that my HP is not moving down too much in battle to need a heal proc, it is a MM after all, BG mode keeps me safe, so I wont be needing the Sandman proc.

Can't seem to find a Impeded Swiftness proc yet, not even on the market, but I'll be checking that one out eventually.

Loving the set though with Ninjas, just start firing off arrows while they kick the crap out of everything. It's way more fun than /PD (chasing them around trying to keep them alive lol). Level 22 so far, can't wait for disruption arrow to stack with acid arrow for sick resistance debuffs, plus a -res proc in acid arrow and call jounin, should be good times.
  15. Ahh, I like the sounds of all that Thank Carnifax!

OH, what about Call of the Sandman:chance to heal self in Poison Gas Arrow? I'm only taking PGA for the -DMG factor, cause I usually shy away from sleep moves. But if I can use it as a potenial heal, that would be sweet.
  16. HI!

I got a couple of questions about slotting /TA for my Nin/TA MM:

    1) If I slot Impeded Swiftness:chance for Smashing damage in Glue Arrow, will it hurt those in the area or just the mob that the arrow hits?

2)Same deal with Clouded Senses: Chance for Neg Energy Damage and Flash Arrow, just the one target or the area?

3)Even though Acid Arrow does -Resistance, would slotting Achille's Heel: Chance for -Res still be a good call for stacking?

4)Same deal with OSA, it debuffs Defense, so it can take it too.

    I'm a proc freak
  17. 1) Yes, but with the Science booster pack I believe

    2) Halloween's coming up, we'll all be collecting special salvage to take to the old hag (I forget her name) and cash it in for the 4th costume slot.
    http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Halloween_Event_2009

    3) domination doubles the mag I'm pretty sure.

    Hope it helps

    This^^ lol

but I did see the bride costume twice in passing. Once on a Kill Bill ripoff toon(Kat/WP Scrapper), and once on an angry-looking Femme named Bridezilla (AR/something corruptor)
  19. He loaded up on Purple DEFs, just to do the flower mission.
  20. Both have a nice self-heal, but that's the only similarity.

/WP is a good "set it and forget it" set. Other than hitting your heal here and there, it's got a little bit of everything, defense AND resistance (which a bunch of other secondaries cannot do), and that includes Psi damage. Plus you can cap your HP early on with /WP.

/Nin is awesome for feeling like a ninja. Lots more to do with mitigation. Caltrops, Blinding Powder, and Smoke bomb are all good for keeping mobs out of your face (well, smoke bomb, not so much)

But you are choosing between the two best sets for stalker secondaries, can't go wrong either way.
  21. lol, I was actually thinking of reinstalling AoC. That bad, eh?

Get GR for sure! It's pretty fun and the storylines are way more extreme than CoH/V
  22. I think crippling axe kick would be a better move than Crane Kick, it's immob effect would give more control to add to ring of fire from Oni.

another thought was possibly Dragon's Tail, since Ninjas lack some AoE. I know they're supposed to be the ST-l33t's of the pets but hey it's only one move, still fair.

The other thought I had was to make the third Genin a KM/ genin, as it would add a new spin to them altogether. Maybe give that one pet Quick strike and Body Blow for the first moves, Smashing Blow and Focused burst (or maybe Repuling torrent) for the train moves, and a lower damage Concentrated Strike for the Zen move. Thugs have an arsonist and Mercs have a Medic, why not?

As for the Oni, maybe changing Ring of Fire to Fire Cages would be cool. Way more control there.
