    Why Scrappers? Well, for me I choose Scrappers because they are innately fierce fighters. They can take care of themselves very well, but "taking care of others" is their primary focus. Sometimes a Scrapper will be fighting so violently that those glorious orange letters pop up above the enemy. CRITICAL, signaling only one thing: double damage!

  7. I'll just pick out the powers then, and you can figure out how you'd like to slot em'. I don't know if you're going to be using Ninja Run + Sprint to get around or would prefer a travel power, so I'll just make two builds.
  8. I don't normally make leveling builds, but I can give it a go for you. Which enhancement type do you want to be outfitted with? SOs, regular IOs, or set IOs? If set IOs, what kind of budget do you have?

  11. You're not really specific on your request, so here are some general things that will help your Fire/Fire out. For Power Pools, get Tough and Hasten. Tough should get your Smashing/Lethal Resist up to around 50%. Hasten will get your Healing Flames up faster and allow you to defeat your enemies before they defeat you, a big part of the Fire/Fire gameplay style.

    If you aren't using Burn every minute or so (And why aren't you? It's soooo gooood) or just plain need Immobilization protection from level 6 and up, grab Combat Jumping and leave it on.

    Invest in at least one KB protection IO. They're easily obtained through Merits and I think some of them may still be decently priced on the Market. If you have enough Endurance to spare, you can get Acrobatics as an alternative.

    fire/fire build

    Some of your attacks are pretty low on Accuracy. You could remove one of the Steadfast KB Protections and instead use Super Speed to slot in a Blessing of the Zephyr KB Protection. If you're fighting lots of enemies, you probably won't need the Endurance Mod slotted into your Consume. Just jump into the middle of a bunch of em' and fire it off. At a radius of 20, you're bound to drain enough enemies for a fill up. I would change the slots into two Accuracy/Recharge IOs.

    So with the three slots freed up, you can put a Nucleolus Exposure (or any Accuracy/Damage IO) into Fire Sword, Scorch, and Cremate. I assume you won't be using Boxing, so that one can be left alone as a set bonus mule.

    As for more Recharge, that would be tough without taking away some things. Would be nice if you could afford to place one slot into Fiery Embrace for an extra level 50 Recharge IO.

    Are you not going to be getting the HP/Endurance Accolades on this character? Getting the two Accolades that have +HP can net you an extra 20% HP (or 268 HP.)

  15. Hell yeah. Some day I will use more Purple IOs and PvP IOs, but for now I will get my 36 characters to a very high standard, rather than the maximum. When and if the day comes that I find the absolute main character out of all of those characters and I am satisfied with the performance of the other characters, that will be the time when I go to great lengths to get the very best of the best.

  17. Attack chains. That's something I have passing interest in but have never actually dedicated any build I've made to achieve. Seriously, never have. I may have asked what a good attack chain might be for a build I've made, but that is after I've made the build. Others find an attack chain first and then make a build to support it. I'm pretty happy to play Attack-A-Mole with my attack buttons.

    A Shadow Meld build is just still no good for me. I did mention as well in an earlier post that the build is leaning on the side of Damage mitigation, rather than Damage output.

    That KM/Inv/Soul build has several Purple IO sets, something I mentioned I would not do. I am fine with one or two Purple IOs/PvP IOs but getting entire sets is just not something I do. I'd rather kit out other characters I have with that kind of Inf. Regular Merits are out of the question for obtaining Purple IOs and my Hero Merits are going towards unique PvP IOs, specifically the 3% Defense one.

    Not speaking to anyone directly but shadow Meld for Invulnerability would be excellent if the character was outfitted with SOs or just basic IOs, but not when you can achieve constant S/L/F/C/E/N Defense softcap.
