Going by his wild and wacky posts so far... He might actually mean that the big thing Issue 20 is bringing us, the one sole reason why people participating in its closed beta need to sign a physical NDA: Issue 20 is finally bringing us File Transfer Protocol.
  2. I wouldn't mind Paragon Studios making City of Heroes/Villains free to play if the game greatly benefited from it.

City of Heroes/Villains could also go free to play the moment CoH2 launches. If CoH2 is real at all.
  3. They're usually "right" until I get new costume pieces that they need.
  4. Have fun! It's going to be a great ride.
  5. My character pages actually are listed highest level to lowest level. There are only a few in page three that are single digit levels.
  6. Y'know, I was just thinking about this thread the other day. I wonder if they've stopped playing the game?
  7. I also think that if you have more Inf to spend, go with Invulnerability. You'll have more things to fall back on when something does go through the Defense. Dull Pain can heal you for more than 3/4ths of your HP as well as put you at the HP cap. You can also get Resistance for the most common damage types Smashing and Lethal, up to 70% or so. 5% away from the Scrapper Resist cap.

With enough Inf, it is possible to get the Defense softcap on all damage types except for Psi/Toxic with one foe in Melee range.

Having the strong taunt in Invulnerability is also very nice. I love it.
  8. There were no Fire/Fire Scrappers in the "Glory Days," therefore I remember them as the "Less Glorious Days."
  9. With Inherent Fitness my DM/Inv Scrapper is getting more Recharge, more AoE, and more Defense. This upcoming change alone just makes the min/maxer in me squeeeee.

Ohh! Thanks again for the info!
  11. I am so ready to give my Scrappers their new builds. Gimmie gimmie gimmie Issue 19!
  12. Awesome! Thank you very much for the info!

Oh! So how much DPS would it be with MG - Smite - SL - Smite? I think it is 164 DPS, but I am unsure with things like ArcanaTime out there.
  13. Sorry if I hijack the thread a little bit, but this seemed like the most appropriate place to post regarding Dark Melee attack chains without making a new thread.

So with my Issue 19 build, what kind of attack chain should I be using if I do want to pump out some DPS? I think it has a good amount of Recharge, but I'm guessing it falls pretty far from top tier single target damage.

Thanks in advance for any advice! Open with Leandro's modified Mids':

Far more important than capes.

Yes, I know about Flies and Combat auras, but even with them, we need to add more. Many more. Our auras are lacking.
Hey now, the Cyborg Superbooster added some auras.

Also: There's still the thing of giving auras the Power Customization treatment of subtractive/additive/tint color effects.

  16. Are you kidding me? After the Party Pack I wanted something that I could enjoy using. Something like this Origin pack!
  17. Many of my characters will be using these auras, and some will even use the capes. It's mostly about the auras for me though on this one! Wewt!
