My ticket got escalated to senior staff, but other than that I have added more info, such as which character sent it and when. I hope this can get resolved soon. When I was putting stuff to e-mail I figured, "Eh, I was going to use the stuff for I19 launch day on Nov. 16th, but since it is delayed less than the 60 day e-mail expiration I will just wait." Bad idea.

Thank you both for your advice! I have updated my ticket with the character information and when the e-mails were sent.
Yes, I did send it as a /petition and not a /bug.
I am wondering why there was even a roll-back on the e-mail system. Didn't they know how disastrous that could turn out?

Yeah, don't give up on it. My response was pretty much instantaneous, although they did need to escalate the ticket. Still awaiting and hoping for a good response.

This doesn't seem too widespread so far, otherwise I'm thinking there would be a lot of rage threads on the main forum Discussion forum. Which is good. The sooner they can help us, the better. I was 100% ready for Issue 19 with all of those enhancements!

BTW, it's very nice see people taking the time (using the translator), to play with players who aren't fluent in English (sometimes i have to struggle to find the correct word in English and it results in not beeing so comunicative while doing fast mishs or not geting all the jokes

It may be possible to get your stuff back. I let my 3 year old daughter run around on one of my toons and she found a way to delete and slot over my enhancements. I find that petitioning in-game takes longer to get a response. If you ask for help from the main website...

... they get with you in less than a day. I found my enhancements crafted in my inventory the next time I logged in with an email from a GM to please be careful otherwise they may not be able to help me again. I was pretty thankful.

My response was nearly instantaneous. Alas, the ticket needs to be elevated to senior staff. -
Today is the first time I've ever lost items from missing e-mail and I lost it big. Almost all of them are gone and they still had 50 days left until expiration. Have any players out there lost their items and were able to get it all back from a GM? Ugh. It took months to get those IOs.

I'd like to know how drastically the Very Rare 45% + Ignores 2/3 of diminishing returns Alpha boost affects how much global Recharge is needed for Perma-Hasten.

Her probably means in terms of top tier damage for that comparison as well. I defer to the number crunchers on that one, though it's obvious that Dark Melee has more direct utility, such as a magnitude 3 Fear (I think that's correct), a life drain, and an AoE Endurance drain.

I think a lot will. It would be interesting to check back in a couple of months to see what folks have chosen for their characters. I know there are some AoE heavy characters that I have that really could use Cardiac to enable non-stop combat.
