  1. I would prefer consistency so the second Endurance Modification is there. The option to have a Panacea HP/End proc in Health is still possible though. My build lacks Regeneration and Endurance Recovery so that IO, while not too significant, would be helping along both areas.

I've realized my flaw in the post, but I'm leaving it that way because it makes it even more funny.

    Indeed.
  4. Unfortunate that I cannot do both, slot the Panacea and the Endurance Reduction IO. Now I wonder which one is better overall for me.
  5. Interesting! Well, if I do decide to stick with the Kismet I know I'll at least be moving it away from Invincibility. Any thoughts on the other single IOs I've mentioned?
  6. Hey folks. I've got my build for Succubus Kali pretty much how I want it but am pondering a minor change in my build and would like your input on what could possibly be better. Here is my build, of which I am currently using a Spiritual Radial Boost with:

Now, what I'm thinking is since I can get more ToHit with Invincibility by just jumping into a pile of enemies, I can use the slot housing the Kismet 6% ToHit to better use. I know my build could definitely use more Endurance Recovery, so I was thinking I could either put in another EnduranceMod into Stamina or a Performance Shifter Chance for Endurance in it. Another thing I could do is add a Panacea Chance for Endurance/HP into Health, which I like the idea of the most so far. Other thoughts are keeping the slot in Invincibility but using it instead for a Shield Wall 3% Resist or perhaps even moving it over to Fireball for an Endurance Reduction IO. Fireball after all does take up a lot of my Endurance in just a single click. Or I could just leave the build as it is.

Thanks everyone in advance for any input!
  • I've been running Taskforces as part of my regular activity for a very long time, but ever since I19 the frequency has increased significantly.

... and I love it! I'm having so much fun running all of these different TFs to get all the different goodies at the end of them!

I only play on one server and of the 36 character slots, 32 are Female and 4 are Male.

Psst... would be happy to buy more Character Slots than 36! Thankyouverymuch!

Correct or not, who wants something so impractical? Yeesh.

  • Taskforces and their great rewards are keeping me away from AE.
  • He was sending me tells while running the TF, telling me how horribly boring it is. Telling me that the developers need to put in solo content as well and being in an all around sour attitude.
  • Burn is an incredible addition now adays. Definitely put that in there with your power picks!

Resistance, not Protection. And it's Taunt/Placate that Assault gives Resistance for. You're thinking Tactics for the Confuse/Fear Resist.

You guys are still feeding the math troll?
  • I actually only have Maneuvers just to buff myself. Giving others the buff is a side effect as far as I'm concerned.
  • Thankfully with Invincibility saturated I do get around 59% Defense.
  • Welcome back, friend.

Not really an expert with SR builds, so I'll just leave that up to the folks that do play the set. Just wanted to say hi.

Sorry about that. I just had to prove that it could be done without much hassle with no Temps on an All Scrapper run.

  • When City of Villains was announced and they were talking about how Grandville was going to be a "vertical" zone, I think my imagination really went crazy and I thought it was going to be a ridiculously tall city with lots of stuff happening from top to bottom. Turns out it is tall with most of the stuff happening on the ground floor.
