Castle, I will miss you. You're the last of the developers that would post at least semi-regularly. It seems that our developer interaction now adays is mostly only through outside website interviews and announcements. I wish you well on your endeavors wherever you choose to go. I don't know anything about you but I do consider you a friend. If you're up for it, how about making a blog to keep in touch with your fans?

After that death with the blue patch I made sure every time to only use fast animating powers and to click Escape (to unqueue) while jumping away as soon as I see or hear them coming down.

Haven't read all of the thread, but the Defense values for Stealth are showing up as the non-combat numbers. I liked it before how Stealth was contributing only the in-combat portion when toggled on.

I can honestly say I've only died once to the blue patches of death, and that was my first time running the Apex TF in beta. If you're aware of your surroundings you'll never die from them - just look for the visual and audio queues.

Have done it many times by now, at the estimated one hour mark or less.
Most people that I run both TFs with usually tell me they like the Apex TF better, specifically the epic feeling from the first mission and the Battle Maiden fight. -

Scrapper mods for Debuff are pretty crummy. On top of that, the power is pretty Endurance heavy to use. I wouldn't pick it compared to the other stuff in Blaze Mastery or other APPs.

The build is looking good. Very good, actually. If there are no more things to consider, no more revisions to look at, then I will be calling it good and collecting what I need.

I knew something had to be wrong with the numbers on Fire Blast.
Oh well. It really would've been in-theme for Succubus Kali to mix it up with some hellfire in her attack chain. It looks like I will be keeping Smite then. Thanks folks! -

Hrm. If I were able to get Fire Blast slotted up, wouldn't an attack chain of Siphon Life > Fire Blast > Midnight Grasp > Fire Blast be significantly better?

I've got to head on out, but here is the updated build. One thing I wonder is what to do with the Performance Shifter proc. I might not need it at all and could put it to use elsewhere. Thoughts on that? Just keep it, or use it for something else? As always, thanks for the help!

To let you guys know, I use this attack chain (gapless) when Hasten is up: Siphon Life > Smite > Midnight Grasp > Smite

I have given that some thought, but it doesn't exactly help with my Endurance Recovery issue. Now... if it gave out something like 10% Resistance, I wouldn't be here asking for everyone's input. That would've been the IO of choice to replace the Kismet 6%.

I've tested it out before and Dull Pain actually is perma with my current build + Spiritual Radial Boost. You can tell that I'm very happy with the Incarnate system, even if we only have a taste of it currently. Can you imagine perma Dull Pain, perma Soul Drain, perma Hasten, and these stats? Holy crap!
Even though getting a Panacea or other IOs won't help in a big way, this is still part of min/maxing that I love so much about the game. This is why I am considering removing the Kismet 6% for something that has more use to me. I have given thought to getting a Performance Shifter Chance for Endurance but the allure of having one slot giving (the same, albeit slightly lesser Endurance) Chance for Endurance/HP has caught my eye. Price is not a concern for me, if the build is any indication. -
I don't feel like I miss too much with this build. Would I suffer greatly on a +4 if I removed that Kismet 6%? I usually am jumping into a pile of enemies and with Invulnerability saturated, the power gives off something insane like 28% ToHit. I'm thinking ahead too, where with the Rare and Very Rare Spiritual Alpha Boosts I am close to, if not perma on Soul Drain, which would be giving me that much more +ToHit.

I've been wondering that. You only need take out Bobcat after Synapse once for the badge. Maybe more if you're helping others get it, but as a regular occurrence in the Tin Mage TF? Largely doesn't need to happen.
