  1. Hooray! That's my Mutation Pack sales-pitch thread.

    It's super effective!

    See the talk tabs of

IIRC only negative energy, toxic and psi will always do some damage.
Lately I've been playing my DM/Inv Scrapper with the Siphon Life > Smite > Midnight Grasp > Smite attack chain. It's no wonder why I wouldn't notice an untouchable message. Two of the attacks are pure Negative Energy and the third is a combination of Smashing/Negative Energy.
  3. Wow. I must be blind. Or just a weirdo. I can pick out an Immunes Surgeon in the middle of an army but I never once noticed the Physical Damage immunity from the Honoree's Unstoppable.

There's absolutely no way to damage the Honoree in the ITF. Mostly because he's not in the ITF at all.

Is it seriously possible for the Honoree in LGTF to have 100% Damage Resistance?

Maybe I just never noticed it.

    Merry Chrimbo...

    Holy crap, it's too adorable.

    Cimerora

Please tell me that character is a vampire, because that outfit is dead sexy.

And, at least in my experience, they require very specific groupings to succeed.
I haven't tried an All Scrapper LRSF, but I know it can definitely be done on the ITF. Which is a far cry from specific groupings and copious use of debuffs. Sure, some builds can equip a proc that gives -Resist or we can take that (awful) Melt Armor power from Blaze Mastery, but that too is a far cry from what a single Defender/Controller/Corruptor could provide. I can't even remember the last time I've been on a failed ITF on optimized and unoptimized teams, let alone one that had multiple party wipes.
  8. Ohh! A new update! Alpha slot support still in the works though.
  9. You should do the hooded + gloweyes version for your male character.

Why bother? At that point there would be so much information overload.

    I'm kidding, Sam.
  11. Upon logging in, apparently I've read every thread of every sub-forum. None of them show up as having new posts with the bolded thread title.

    Blaster Nukes

I didn't mention Dreadful Wail because I don't have a Sonic Blaster that high in level yet.

So Hail of Bullets, Rain of Arrows, and Full Auto are still my favorites. Nyaa~
  13. Well hey now, I wasn't being elitist or putting you down in that conversation. Yeesh.
  14. I think you and I have had that discussion about information overload a few times. Well, it's more or less a one way discussion. Heheh.

    Annoying Players

The worst I've had lately was a Tank that didn't like that I was going off on my own with my Scrapper in an ITF. In the end it didn't matter. We finished the TF in very good time and cleared a lot (but not clear-all) of enemies while doing so.

Yes, this can also be tested even if you don't actually have beta server access. There's just an error message telling you to go someplace else:

I don't know if this move to the User Agreement means that NCSoft and Paragon Studios are just covering up a loophole for purely legal reasons, or if it might signify other changes with I20... such as the perhaps long-awaited KHTML/Webkit rewrite of the Patcher.
    Iiiinteresting.
  17. I just wish Shield Charge actually looked like you were running towards the target.

    Blaster Nukes

The only Blaster nukes I like are Hail of Bullets, Full Auto, and Rain of Arrows.

  20. Yeah, I've got characters that could use Super Reflexes, but Ninjitsu is exactly what I need.
  21. So if I did it right, it looks like the latest build has an excess of 0.897 Endurance Recovery. That seems like a lot, but then again I would only be running the toggles, Hasten, Kuji-In Rin, and Attack Vitals chain regularly. I have no idea how regularly I'll be using Kuji-In Sha; every 16 seconds? Could be, or I could go a minute without ever needing it.

If I am right on the excess Endurance Recovery, I could drop some of that in favor of extra Regen. Hrm...
  22. I don't frequent the Stalker boards, nor have I even considered a Stalker with Dual Blades up until recently.

It's looking like this build is going to be a blast though. As far as the math for Kuji-In Sha's Recharge - do I toss out the non-ED ignoring portion and then add the 2/3rds of Recharge to said power? Oi, this would be so much easier if Mids' finally got the Alpha boosts put in.
