I don't have nearly as much as you, but Alexei has been "boss farming" the Storm Palace for his, and Turiel has simply been running alignment and other missions on +0x8 with bosses and AVs duoed with a Tanker. Rikti invasions seem to be particularly good for shard drops, and I suspect the drop rate is very high for elite bosses. I suspect it's even higher for archvillains, and Silver Mantis kindly dropped a shard for me. I don't know actual drop rates, though.
Just plain playing TFs with folks that want to, and having a blast punching stuff in the face.
Issue 19 has seriously put some spring in my step when playing this game and it's brought a lot more interest for doing TFs on my server Pinnacle, the only one I play on. I'm hoping for wild success on I20 once again. -

Honestly, I haven't been playing as much as I could have. I'm over 200 Incarnate Shards now, but I suspect if I was really going for it that I would have been at the 300 mark by now. -

But this and getting to test the Winter Event? I'm not the kind to keep score but the term 'neglected' springs to mind. However, this is pretty much what players on the EU servers have come to expect.
An EU visit would be nice but I'm not going to hold my breath. It wouldn't be good for my longevity. -

My only thoughts are, going spawn to spawn, your END should be fine enough, I would think you could do without the ENDRED in Fire Ball and possibly move it to Smite for either an ACC/END/RCH IO to buff it's enhancement in those areas OR put in a proc in Smite OR put a -Resist Proc in Soul Drain, since you will be using Soul Drain on the single targets.
Also, I'd still replace the lvl 50 Generic IO in Siphon Life with a Gogli Hami-O, for added ENDRED.
Given the advances in I20 with the Rare and Very Rare Alpha boosts, and Judgment - Succubus Kali should have near or perma-Hasten, perma-Soul Drain, perma-Dull Pain (and thus perma-HP cap), almost hardcapped S/L Resist, softcapped S/L/F/C/E/N Defense, and even more AoE. That makes me all giddy. -

I tried to keep the price range the same-ish for that build. It definitely could get significantly better with a higher price tag.

Here is a build that trades some global Recharge and net Endurance Recovery for better Defense and slightly better Smashing/Lethal Resist. Might be worth it to switch out Maneuvers for Air Superiority and slot that up as part of a single target attack chain with added mitigation. Would give you another spot to place a Kinetic Combat, which could open up better opportunities in the build.
