I don't know what to say. I mean, I absolutely love it on my Shield Defense and Invulnerability characters. Both sets can gain tremendous strength by keeping a bunch of enemies near them, Shield Defense offensively and Invulnerability defensively.
While I love the journey to level 50, it doesn't last forever. It's in the end-game that I ask if it is of use to me or not. With the taunt auras I've tanked AVs for my teams, keeping the damage away from them. Preventing enemies from running is another thing I enjoy about the taunt auras, whether it be 1 enemy or 10. It's valuable to me for many reasons. -
You can already do the Smite>SiphonLife>Smite>MidnightGrasp attack chain and your uptime for Soul Drain is high. The only thing I'd say is go for the Very Rare Musculature Alpha boost. You'd get to around 130% Damage enhancement.
By the way, there's no need to say which Alpha boost you're using anymore. We can see what you pick for the build. -

Despite how tough I've built my character, I very rarely will choose to solo an AV. I might get to an AV and fight them several minutes before my team catches up, but that's about it.

I'm fine if I have multiple enemies to consistently use Dark Consumption on. If it's a target that takes more than 3 to 5 minutes, I might need to use a blue Inspiration.

Why did you reply to a build that is months old?
That build looks corrupted. I can manage to make it a non-legacy build, but the Numina and Miracle procs appear to be "in-use" in some nebulous slots. I think it's that corrupted data too, but the Endurance management looks really bad.
Losing the Endurance Reduction in Fireball is a no no, as I've figured out while playing Succubus Kali, and she has a level 50 Endurance Reduction IO as the 6th slot for Fireball. Doing the regular single target attack chain might sustain me for a very long time on the current build, but adding Fireball on top of that every 8 seconds gets costly.
There are other things that start unraveling too, but I don't want to make it sound like I'm bashing on the build you're supplying. I'm thankful because it's given me some ideas - I just don't know how to implement them or if it's possible to do so without sacrificing something in another area.
The Cardiac Core Paragon I might've considered if the Scrapper Resist cap were higher than 75%. Right now though, I have a hard time considering the other Alpha boosts for my current build, and I've looked at all of them activated on said build. -

Seriously though, I love doing All Scrapper runs of various things. The last ones I got going were All Scrapper Apex and All Scrapper Tin Mage with no Temp Powers. -
I have always thought that this game's music is one of the weakest things about it. When they got Jason Graves to do the music for Going Rogue I was very happy with the decision. I want more epic music like that.

After hearing it I immediately used CoHSplasher to make that song play on the Villain login/character select screen. Even the Hero version too. It just makes my experience That. Much. Better.
I wish each zone had it's own persistent music, instead of small areas that have a one-off track. It would really give each of them more character - especially the Hero side zones which are severely lacking it.
I strongly believe that the game could improve with its music and how it chooses to present it. -

It was a good build for the kind of cost it would take to make it, but nowhere close to what my current version (v19
) accomplishes. Hell, I didn't even have Fireball in the first version and I have practically the same net Endurance gain for v1 (Body Mastery) and v19 (Blaze Mastery).

Between Smite and SL, I gave SL more Recharge because attacks with higher base Recharge get more benefit. -

Powers do not start recharging until the animation ends, as far as I know, so you'll need to throw in some attacks between your Executioner's Shot.

Of course, EP is your best DPA and BS is your 2nd best. Though I am not sure how well that would work once you add redraw concerns.
Those aren't actually procs. They're Endurance/Recharge IOs because those are two Enhancement values I wanted to raise for both attacks. Most of all it's the Recharge I wanted to enhance better for EC/BR. -
Correction - the Top half of the Incarnate window will scroll if you click anywhere in it first. The bottom half will not respond to the scroll wheel at all.

I want to have Conserve Power in my build, but it is a no-go because I'd have to give something up for it.
... actually you just gave me an idea. I could try this build out and if I am indeed having Endurance issues, I could switch out Energy Punch for Conserve Power. No slots would be added to Conserve Power though, just a single Recharge Reduction and the slots from Energy Punch would go to Brawl to transfer the Kinetic Combats. -
Opening the Incarnate window and closing it, then opening it again is causing the window to creep towards the right each time.

Damage per second for [Hail of Bullets] is... amusing. Also: probably bugged. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to be able to do more than 4000 damage per second for about 4 seconds.
Scroll wheel doesn't work for the Incarnate window. -

It's not Friday anymore but, I am thankful for the folks who are dedicated to working on improving Mids with new features and up-to-date info. That character builder program is one of the pillars that holds this game up high for me, far above other games.
If Mids ceased to be worked on would I still be playing this game? Probably, but it would be one hell of a shaky foundation. -
