  1. I've opened up your build and there are still 5 slots left to be placed. Is that a bug, or have you not decided on where they should go yet?

I would always leave Phalanx Fighting down at 0 players around you. The only time that part of the power is reliable is when everyone is huddled around for an AV beatdown. With Phalanx Fighting set to 0, the build is currently giving up a huge amount of survivability for its recharge.

I can tweak the build for you later, if nobody has given a build by then.
  2. I find that I am taking Destiny powers based on what my characters are currently lacking the most. For my Dual Pistols/Energy Manipulation Blaster, I might just go for the Mez protection Destiny.

I forgot to type that in.
  4. Basically for Ageless the final two are:
One of them is a full Endurance fill, +Recharge, and +Recovery.

The other, a full Endurance fill, +Recharge, and +Debuff Resist to: Movement, Recharge, Accuracy, ToHit, Endurance, Recovery, Resistance, Defense, Perception, and Regeneration.
So as far as Ageless goes, do you need Recharge and Recovery? Or Recharge and Debuff Resists? Both will fill your Endurance bar immediately upon use.

  6. Until you get the Destiny Incarnate power unlocked, Defense Debuffs are just something WP is going to have to get used to being vulnerable to.

I wonder... Werner, will you be getting the Debuff Resist Destiny power for your Katana/Dark Armor character? I seem to remember you saying that Defense Debuff was a real killer for that character. With that out of the way, you'd be unstoppable!

As of right now, you can't get any more DDR outside of what your set provides, which for most sets, is 0 or ~50% (Shield and SR can get to 95%, but the others cannot). DA, for example, gets 0 DDR, while WP gets roughly 18%.

I do believe one of the i20 powers does have a DDR buff, although I'm not well-versed in the upcoming stuff and have only scrolled through some of the pictures.
That will be the only way to get more DDR for yourself.
Sometimes 50% is enough. I logged in my Invulnerability Scrapper one day and went to the Cimeroran wall to see just how long I could live without retaliating. I ended up gathering +1's to my aggro cap and then just sat there. 5 minutes passed, then 15, and then 30 minutes were gone. After the 1 hour mark I checked my computer and my Scrapper was still alive. At that point, I figured if she hadn't died from the Defense Debuffs in over an hour she wasn't going to die at all to them.

Thanks for posting the build. I've got all the expensive pieces it needs in storage and my new BS/SD is one of two prime candidates for receiving them.
Sometimes it can be the build alone that carries the character, y'know? Shadow - Knight and Valkyrior have the same Mids' build (BS/SD Scrappers), but the names and themes are what makes me enjoy them both.

That's good that you have the expensive stuff ready to go. The character will be a force to be reckoned with, that's for sure!

However, I'm forced to play on OSX at the moment and don't have access to mids. Would you mind posting that build in the whole?

  14. Nothing wrong with a Scottish Angel.
  15. I take it your farm map(s) will be mostly be Smashing/Lethal enemies?

I'd replace Ring of Fire with Char and four-slot Basilisk's Gaze to get the extra 7.5% Recharge. At least consider getting the +Endurance Accolades to make your Endurance Recovery a little more manageable. Getting the Cardiac Core Paragon would also go a loooong way to making your Endurance management a lot more stable, and even hardcaps your Smashing/Lethal Resist. Accuracy is a little low. You could remove that Endurance Reduction Celerity from Super Speed and put a 6% Accuracy Kismet in Maneuvers.

[Edit] Oh wait, you can ignore the Accuracy bit. Doubt you'll be using the single target stuff unless you have hard targets like EBs/Bosses.

I am currently using: [Rebirth Radial Epiphany]

It degrades over time, but at the most degraded portion of the buff my perma-HP capped DM/Inv Scrapper gets 46.10HP/sec. The buff lasts for 2 minutes and is on a Recharge time of 2 minutes, unaffected by any +Recharge or -Recharge. For half of the duration (1 minute) I get 72.81HP/sec or more. Lets also not forget that it is also a heal at activation, healing me 1139.43 HP.

Oh, and at the beginning I get 233.04HP/sec for 10 seconds.

Nonsense. Some characters don't even have a costume design that they stick with and alternate from. There are more costumes I could give to Succubus Kali for example but can't, so I have to resort to swapping different outfits around.
