  1. Gonna be making my Iron Breaker WM/SD Scrapper. Finally!

Also plan on remaking my KM/Inv into KM/EA. Wewt!
  2. On today's Ustream Synapse said Super Strength for Scrappers would be happening eventually, but not this round of Powerset Proliferation. Maybe in Powerset Proliferation 4.0?

Here's hoping Ice Armor for Scrappers is also in 4.0!

Hell, that's not my favorite AT and that alone would've been enough for me!

I feel sorry for the people working on Mids. They've suddenly got a slew of powersets to add and modify for I21.
  4. Things I'll be making from Powerset Proliferation 3.0:
    • War Mace/Shield Defense Scrapper
    • Kinetic Melee/Energy Aura Scrapper
    • Dark Blast/Darkness Manipulation Blaster
    • Thermal Radiation/Fire Blast Defender.
    Wewt!
  5. Where's the Vanguard Goggles for when I use X-Ray Beam on Radiation Blast?
  6. Not Powerset Proliferation related, but in I21 you can play any AT (except for Epic ATs) on Villain or Hero at level 1 without going through Praetoria.
  7. These proliferations are going to be huge. Every time they do a single proliferation hundreds of hours of playtime suddenly get added for me.
  8. Bonus Powerset: Dance Control. Zwillinger thinks it should be a Scrapper set - Dance Fighting.

Capoeira melee set. You heard it here first!

    Whip Melee for Scrappers!

All of these were said jokingly. Don't expect them!
  9. Super Strength, Energy Melee, Stone Melee, Stone Armor, Ice Melee, and Ice Armor for Scrappers!

    Eventually!

    Hooray!

  11. Chilling Embrace for Stalkers does not break hide, does not affect targets unless you are out of Hide. Icy Bastian is Regeneration, Resist, and other effects (didn't catch them all). Sounds great!
  12. Synapse just said Super Strength for Scrappers is something they'd like to do in the future.

    HELL. YEAH.
  13. Life Drain for Blasters! Shadow Maul, Smite, Midnight Grasp! Time to make a Dark/Dark Blaster with a Smite>Life Drain>Smite>Midnight Grasp attack chain.
  14. Hero Archetypes
    • Blaster

    Those would be neat too.

All I'm hoping for though, is a Vanguard Titan Weapon.

Vanguard Weapons only for combat. See Vanguard Help Desk for details.

Titan Weapons are already going to be huge. You want one that is larger?

    Why can't we have both?

Really loved PSO and somewhat enjoyed PSU. Not that I'm uninterested in some weapons getting the Phantasy Star treatment, but the only reference material I used to make this Titan Weapon were the Vanguard Broadsword and Katana weapons.

You can first see it about 0:13, but starting from about 5:50 he starts really slinging it around.

Their weapon looks like something in between the Vanguard Broadsword and Vanguard Titan Weapon. Wonder why I've never seen that anime before. Hrm.

I think that aspect could be safely ignored. I mean look at Broadsword's heavier attacks, which produce a more smashy CRUNCH effect than the intended SLICE! Yet the set is all Lethal damage.
  23. Hello developers. Please don't forget the inclusion of a Vanguard Titan Weapon later this year when you release the Titan Weapons set. Thanks!

Want an example? Here, I just made this!

If the developers set the precedent that the Players themselves can dictate how many or how few players are needed for any particular task or event, the player base will immediately respond by demanding that every other particular task or event with a specific-number-of-players-required-limitation have that specific-number-of-players-required-limitation removed.

Whether or not you, or Leandro likes it, the developers have to stick to their guns when it comes to minimum players in a task or event.

If that means shutting down a in-progress trial that has dropped to 11 players from 12? Well, sorry, them's the breaks.
Wrong, wrong, and severly wrong. Along with the points that other folks have already made in the thread, the level of strength your Incarnate is and your knowledge of the Trial can pull far more weight than other up-and-coming Incarnates. I know my main Incarnate does extraordinarily more in a Trial than my newly minted Incarnates. It should be up to the League if they want to continue onward or abandon - and if it's an Open League, more players can join in via LFG queue mid-Trial.
