As for Martial Arts, the alternate animations we have right now are mainly punches. The idea was to provide you guys with a way to make the classic, fights with their fists and feet, super-hero that many have been asking for. That includes a new animation for assassin's strike (Assassin's Blow?).

Thank you BABs for confirming that the new MA animations are mainly punches. This Issue is going to be very satisfying for my MA characters.

Changing my DM/Inv Scrapper to have the dark Invulnerability colors like the Villain-version of Invulnerability.
Now... the first animation change I'm going to be making is for my MA/Inv and MA/WP. Gonna be trying out the new hotness, which will hopefully be a few punching animations. -
I believe you are mistaken. This is the reason why Scrappers must have Super Strength.

Semi-related: Castle, can you at least confirm or deny that the list shown on the site (Rad Blast for Blasters, etc) is comprehensive? Is it just a 'these are some of' list, or is that all the ones being ported? Just to direct the speculation from here, so we don't get several months of "But there could be more!" if there isn't going to be.

You guys can probably blame me for these sets. I specifically asked them to proliferate sets that wouldn't require new animations or VFX, as we're already swamped with supporting power customization. We had to make one new animation for Broadsword Stalkers, but other than that they were able to directly port everything over or at least pull powers and visuals from existing powersets.

EM on Stalkers is reduced in effect. ET cannot crit (because it would do more than AS), and TF's crit is only +33% instead of +100% (because it would also do more than AS). It's intensely powerful on an AT with high base damage. Now keep in mind that Stalker's base damage is 1.00, while Scrappers are 1.125.
ET on a Tank does 202.9. On a Stalker is does 253.6 and isn't allowed to crit. On a Scrapper it would do 285.3. Scrapper BU is +100% while Tank/Stalker are +80%. Scrapper KO Blow would do 222.75 base damage, with Rage for +100% and stacking Rage for +200%.
No, it wouldn't be hard to port them. It would be hard to balance them without making them insanely overpowered or really weak and useless.

Bah, it's not like they're going to tone it down so much that it'll be Wet Noodle Strength by the time it's proliferated over.Both sets are still going to be incredible in the Scrapper lineup.

It was gameplay mechanics that Castle was talking about that did not fit the Stalker AT. Grant Cover was, I believe, what Castle didn't agree on in being on a Stalker. Possibly Phalanx Fighting too. I think it could have been replaced with Hide, since that needs to be in the secondary somewhere.
Something would have to be done to Against All Odds so that the Stalker doesn't have a Taunt Aura anymore. Whether it be removing the -Damage debuff from the power or making it a second Build Up a la Firey Embrace would be up to them.

I would love that, but then you would have to change Golden Dragonfly as well. Besides, it's not like you can't get awesome burst damage from Broadsword powers like Disembowel. -
An Electric Melee/Shield Defense Scrapper is one of my top Scrappers to make. I am so freakin' happy to have this option in the future.

I seriously hope that dark colors and transparencies are handled separately. Put in a slider somewhere for the transparency if you have to! I would like to have the dark Invulnerability from Villain-side for my DM/Inv Scrapper, rather than a really faded out white Invulnerability.

Actually, I suspect it would underperform with MMs; it might need some sort of buff or tweaks to be very playable. A /Kin wouldn't have the tools to keep it's minions alive, and most minions are ranged which also doesn't work well with /Kin.
