As for the Repairmen, it was hard to tell what was going on with them. We had our AoE's, two burn patches going on, and two blazing auras.
Something really cheap happened though when we defeated the yellow tower. One of the repairmen had spawned and used their heal somehow, died, then the tower came back up. I know the towers can be brought back, but man that was lame. -
Funny enough, Sacred Fire got the Undying badge after defeating Ghost Widow.

I was extremely happy with my character concept from the very beginning. It was something I had wanted to make for a very long time.

Hate to tell ya, but it is really hard to judge any AT powersets by level 10. Keep at it and you'll know if you really enjoy the set or not.

Is that your PvE or PvP build? I assume PvP. If so, then I can't be any help to you there. Don't forget to post your PvE build.

I consider making all melee attacks go from 5 meters (feet?) to 7 one of the best changes ever for my Scrappers. -

I can't help you at all with a PvP build, as I don't do that myself, but if you post your PvE build I'd be happy to help with that. Or at least give some pointers.
Also, if you don't want to take Tough/Weave on your Scrappers, what other pools are you looking to get? How many attacks do you want? How many travel pow... you know, posting that build will answer many questions. -
I want War Mace, Battle Axe, Energy Melee, Super Strength, Ice Melee, and Stone Melee. I want it all for my Scrapper!

Experiment with it on Test once it goes into beta; from the way that Auras operate, anything that's black is completely transparent; for characters that I wanted to have an aura like, say, black tendrils, I needed to pick either the next gray up from black or the darkest purple/blue to get something that showed up.

Still waiting to know if transparencies and color darkness are handled separately. I would really like the Villain-side Invulnerability, but if I pick black on my Scrapper in today's aura system I'd just get a very faded out white Invulnerability aura. -

Another reason that electric melee is considered so good for stalkers is because the crit damage is all energy - which is frequently un-resisted or even something to which many targets are vulnerable. My Elec/Ninjitsu stalker eats spectral daemons for breakfast (lunch AND dinner) - that and all the AE in an archetype that rarely has any is what makes electric melee the premier PvE team set for stalkers (with spines being a close second - not that I have any experience - can't stand the current animations although that should change with i15 since I DO like the thorns animations).
I still think it will be a good set for scrappers, providing a nice, non-lethal AE option in place of spines or claws, but it won't win any firsts I suspect, just be a strong contender.

No. It never occurred to me that Silver mantis had spines. The ones I made are very basic, conical, metal spikes.
I am not a hotshot modeler/texture artist, so I prefer to work on the basic looking stuff that can accept a broad range of character concepts being projected on to it. My opinion is that the more specific and detailed you get with something like this, the more narrow it's potential for fitting a lot of character concepts become.
Similiar sort of philosophy for all of the shields and weapons I personally modeled. Except for the Rularuu stuff.
