Not really a ninja thing, but how about a war banner I can put on my back? Complete with the choice of displaying my SG/VG symbol, of course.
I guess at this point there isn't much to do but to guess at what is in the pack, since it has already been created. -
Freakin' love it. Really hoping that there is some graphics optimization with the updated engine. The decision to have different types of ammo for Dual Pistols is an outstanding way to make it stand out from the rest. Well, aside from the totally awesome animations.

Because without that extra touch, our characters are more like action figures than they are characters?

More polygons, higher resolution textures, and more animated weapons - even expanding into animated costume pieces. Yes, including flowing hair, but also pistons, rotating satellite, animated guns, etc.
I think that would be my list, sorted by priority. Oh wait, lighting... the lighting in this game at times can be average to very bad. I think that would be a nice upgrade before all of the previously mentioned. Larger draw distance would be in there somewhere, most likely low on the list or it could just be lumped into "more polygons." -

I'm just about full up (barring buying more) on my server of choice, and GR is certainly likely to prompt more character creation. We got more slots with COV, so I would expect it with GR. -

I've definitely wanted to play a Mastermind on Hero-side for quite some time.

So long as they have the 1-20 levels and further ways to make level 50's more powerful, I'll be happy with the expansion. I wouldn't be surprised if they were aiming for more than just that.

Like you even have to ask. I was sold on the features of Going Rogue long ago.
