Quote:Ohh, good point. I would lean towards Praet Infernal since they would have an honest reason to fight.
When things start to look bad for Des, suddenly INFERNAL! bursts in and helps her, looking lovingly into their eyes as the Praetorian psuedo-demon falls, they fall too... In love.
Play sappy music, cue credits.
But as another note, I think it's mentioned that Lilitu is Infernal's mother, so it could be possible that Des could try to bind him, I don't recall fiery armor having confuse protection.Brilliant!
I want this Broadway play written up by tomorrow! What shall it be called? "Can There Be Love In A Praetorian War?" Oh this is going to be a hit! A war of good and evil, burning passions amidst colliding worlds, a (demon) mother's fiery rejection of her soon-to-be daughter in law! -

Quote:Doesn't matter. You pick which flavor of Infernal goes to battle!Wait wait wait wait.
Praet Infernal or normal Infernal?
Also, in story terms, Infernal might technically win. Des summons her demons and he just binds them and kicks her ***.
Similar to Necromancer Masterminds that have found ways to protect their undead minions from the Undead Slaying Axe, don't you think Desdemona has already planned through that a foe might destroy her control over the demons or even sway them against her? I mean, she does have the demon ward tattooed around her neck. -
Quote:Oh you rebel. C'mon now. Tell us what you really think.I'm going to vote Infernal, just because I imagine everyone else to vote for Desdemona, for her bright shiney newness, and being a girl in leather.
Infernal can't just win because you think he is going to lose out on a popularity contest! -
Quote:Y'know that you get booted out of Praetoria at level 20, don't you? Which means there is a high chance that you will be fighting Desdemona (or Maelstrom) before or at level 20. Wouldn't that mean the future you would also be kicking her *** at level 20?Seriously? I vote for Desdemona because Infernal is a push over. I mean, seriously, I kicked his *** at level 20.

That's right! The two demon summoners against each other. For whatever reason should they fight, who would win?
Desdemona
Infernal

Aye. Better to take the time needed to get it ironed out now while their focus is on the set. Once they're pushed out to the live servers, stuff just doesn't seem to get revisited until later rather than sooner.

Since Stalkers lose out on Quick Recovery and Damage Auras, Ninjitsu for Scrappers should have Quick Recovery and Shuriken Aura. Or maybe even Caltrops Aura. THINK ABOUT IT!

I am bad at counting. Sorry.
I would say at this point everything had been explained to the ground and people are just grinding the wheels, as it were. -
Quote:Only Arcanaville, BillZ, and 2 others who come quickly to mind? Well what are the other louts doing in the closed beta? Get them out! Out, out, out!As a general rule, no, I don't trust many people but myself, I've seen plenty of people who get into closed betas on reputation as "amazing testers" who do absolutely nothing except 'window shop the new shines". You are one of a few people whose opinion on such matters I would trust (Arcanaville, and BillZ being 2 others who come quickly to mind).
I think this community has far more than four people who you could count on. -

Ohh, that was great! More! More!

Isn't a kilt specifically a guy thing? Correct me if I'm wrong, because I plain don't know.

Nothing special for me. Over the course of a day and a half, I went from level 11 to 44 on my Dual Pistols/Energy Manipulation Blaster. Three more levels to go until I can begin IOing her out.

I wouldn't expect pools and epics to be customizable until I18 or after. Some things have to change for epics because of the ability to go Rogue, and I am sure they would like to schedule the rest of the customization work together with the related projects.
