Have you tried Elemental Claws? Seriously. Have you? Because it worked so freakin' well for me. I love it!

Dark Blades, Frost Blades, or Fire Blades?

Focus and Shockwave can help so much with damage mitigation. At least give it some thought, kay?

    Fanx.

P.S and since we (me) are on the subject of kilts why don't they add the proper kilt instead of just the modern version.
Then give us the Baron stuff.

It got pushed back in 2000, 2001, and so on. It is going to keep on getting pushed back so far it will be the next Duke Nukem Forever. At some point they'll just go bankrupt and Apocalypse development will come to a screeching halt.

I heard there is going to be a new epic AT called Avilans added to the game.

What is that sister company that opened up, Carbine Studios? I bet they are making updated assets for CoH2.

    Definitely needs more pouches.
You really should've cropped his feet out. Or put a mound of dirt in front of them.

Both Positron and War Witch state they would prefer to concentrate resources on making new zones rather than revamping old ones because it's easier to do so.

I'd like to know why it's actually easier to make a new zone than it is to revamp an old one? What does a revamp involve that making a new zone doesn't?
There are higher standards today than six years ago.
  13. Gosh, what did the Champion server ever do to you all?

War Witch & I (the first 2 in office) put a Post-it over the optical part of everyone's mouse at Paragon
Looks like they're playtesting a bit of Henchmen debuffing.

    - Wait until July and get access to four zones, 7 new costume sets, 2 additional powesets (parts of which we've previously seen in-game for NPCs), and level one access to the new incarnate system

    - Wait until 4th quarter 2010 to get the remaining 9 levels and the new endgame system and perhaps another high-level zone (but only if we buy GR 3 months earlier).

And in the meanwhile, Ultra mode which was flagged for retail is now free. And in its place comes an awful lot of last minute bait and switch improvements.

My question is: why? Why not just package it together in one retail expansion and let players enjoy? The way its all piecemealed out now, players might as well wait until 4th quarter to get Going Rogue and enjoy it all in one go rather then buying in now and waiting 9 months to get the full product?

This just seems like a really weird business model somehow... What's the logic behind it again?
They're listening to their fanbase. Do you remember what it was like at the end of December/beginning of this year? People were so starved for any info on anything CoH/V related. It was bad. Really bad. Now we're getting a constant stream of information and new powersets to play, more content, a graphics engine update, and QoL fixes now, now, and more importantly, now. This is what keeps high amounts of interest at very positive levels.

    Beta testers, you've been told!
