When the Mission TPer was first introduced, you could use it to TP into Cimerora before you unlocked the Midnight Club. That was soon 'fixed' by auto-bouncing you out of Cimerora if you use the Mission TPer trick and you don't have the MC badge.
For some strange reason, they didn't put the auto-bounce onto the RWZ, so, you can use the Mission TPer to get into the RWZ before level 35. However, you can't join the LGTF because you're too low in level. And you can't get the Vanguard badge which allows one to start getting Vanguard Meritts. So, you really don't get any special benefit by getting into the RWZ 'early'.
However, now, if you try to use the Mission TPer to get into a level locked zone, it simply won't work and you'll be told in the Error Channel that you can't teleport to that map. -
You can now name your builds!

Check the Dev Digest for Horatio's post.

Someone posted in another thread that they think the problem is that the Oil Slick is targeting a foe and when you target the Oil Slick to hit it, it's acting like assisted targeting through a teammate and you're really attacking the target that the Oil Slick is targeting.

You got the number pad keys named incorrectly. Also note that no key name ever has a space in it.

Once when I fought Nocturne, she was ripping me up, and I retreated a bit to take a breather. And she started to fade on me! I lost targeting on her and *I* was looking over my shoulder, wondering when the next strike would come!

Play a Stalker. (And with Going Rogue, we should be getting heroic Stalkers [Batman!]).
A Stalker has the power to Placate, which takes one off a foe's threat list; and if you have Stealth, you'll stay off of it since they can't see you to regard as a threat again.
If you're not a Stalker, there may be a few temp powers that have a Placate component, otherwise, you'll have to move out of threat range, i.e., the point at which they stop chasing you. That puts you off their threat list and when you approached Stealthed, they wont agro onto you. -
Too much of the game is too easily farmable and too easy to outmaneuver foes based on dumb A.I.
Anything which makes them less a pushover is good. -

WRT Bosses at DiffLevel 2+...
From everything said by devs about the difficulty slider, there should have been bosses spawning at DiffLevel 2 and higher. When we were told that DiffLevel 1 on solo suppressed Bosses, it should have been inferred that when you're not solo or when the DiffLevel was higher, then you *should* be getting bosses.
But the 'weighting' of spawns didn't allow that for most factions (some factions did produce Bosses while solo at higher DiffLevels, such as the Lost, while most didn't). When I heard that certain 'farms' used exactly six players because a seventh teammate would cause bosses to start spawning, I was flabbergasted. Certainly, way before the sixth team member, there should be bosses in spawns.
So, if there are indeed Bosses regularly spawning for all factions when you're not solo or when the DiffLevel is 2 or higher, then it is definitely working as intended.
And if this was purposely done as an anti-farming tactic... it's about time. -

Common occurrence for a pic to be not working because when they transferred their scratch pages to the live web address they miss a few links that point back to the scratch directory. -
Welcome to the boards, Horatio!
Thanks for all the text changes to the SF, it really improved the 'mood' of the SF in giving us high level villains our due, rather than be duped lackeys.
Three things:
1. Please work with Castle et al. in datamining how groups do against Reichsman. Some groups just don't have the DPS to kill Reichsman after banging on him for half an hour. Reichsman's regen and/or total hp probably needs further adjustment. For some groups it will be *essential* to bring a MM (once the MM power is working), and that's not good game design, IMO.
2. AXIS AMERICA!! I know you've been reading our complaints about this. Could you please address this? Reichsman comes from Axis America dimension and within a day of his 'release' the dimension is full of Primal Earth 5th Column. That is very jarring. Either the story needs to be adjusted so that Mueller or Schadenfreude were working behind the scenes for the past year and ferrying troops back and forth (which would explain where the dimensional coffee pot came from), or, simply switch the foes in that mission to the Axis America faction.
3. The final mission ambushes. I know there were back and forth adjustments of the ambushes from a lot to a little. Well, there back to a ridiculous amount of way over the top a lot. I quipped to my teammates that I was going to petition that mission because someone created a 5th farm. A full half hour of non-stop ambushes (that weren't even tied to fighting Reichsman) was just too too much.
Overall, I like how it's shaping up. -
You should put an 'em none' in binds to clear combat stance or other emotes that would prevent the cce from happening. See:

Short story for the OP:
Most Dominators had one schtick for doing appreciable damage: Perma-Domination.
Psy Doms had one power for doing appreciable damage: Psychic Shockwave
And so, people slotted for double or even triple stacked Perma-Dom perma-PSW.
That is horrible game design. Castle wanted to change it for the longest time, but only now had the opportunity to do a complete Dominator refurbish.
And so...
Damage bonus was removed from Perma-Dom to be available *all the time*. That's a *huge* buff to Damage outside of (Perma-)Dom, it is a slight nerf to Damage in Perma-Dom and even bigger nerf to doubly and triply stacked Perma-Dom which is an abomination to begin with.
Perma-Dom still rules in that is still fills the End bar and still gives huge bonuses to mezzes.
PSW was nerfed to be on par with the tier 9 powers of other sets and everything else in Psy was buffed to compensate. Yes, one power got a huge nerf and it's still a strong attack power (which shows how unbalanced it was before). But the set in total was buffed.
Moral...
Respec and readjust slotting since your other Psy powers are now useful. Put more End Redux in attacks since they use more End now which is normal for attacks that do more damage. Yes, it uses End more, but slot for it to compensate. Also, you use the attacks less because they kill better, which means less End usage. Also, Domination fills your End bar. -
Lady Grey TFs should be really funny. For the first five minutes...

Just did [u]the 5th Strike Force[u] on Live.
The Axis America missing rant still applies.
This time Reichsman was nearly unbeatable. With three MMs on the team and their gimmick bugged and doing nothing, we couldn't break the uber-unstoppable and couldn't do enough damage in between the unstoppables. It seems almost as if his regen was upped from Test, or, this team had a whole lot less dps then my previous team.
Anyway, the gimmicks finally did him in: 3 Shivans and the trio of Warburg Missiles.
Still needs fixing and tweaking. I'd encourage people to do it for datamining and testing purposes. If you want to do it as a done and completed Strike Force... don't just yet. It's not finished. -
Get your hands on another mouse and see if there's the same problem. If no, it's your mouse, if yes, it's the game/software and we'll further debug from there.

Before, when you changed your graphics settings in options, you had to apply then hit cancel to close the window...because they didn't include a "Close Window" or "Okay" button.
Now, you apply settings, hit cancel, and it resets to the original settings.
The ONLY way to bye-pass this is clicking the red dot to close the window...which sucks because that red dot is super small on my screen.
DEVS: We need a "Close Window" button added please.
[/ QUOTE ]
I agree that there should be a 'close window' button (although, technically, that's what the red dot button is for and used uniformly throughout the GUI).
However, what did you think a 'cancel changes' button was going to do other than cancel the changes you made? For some settings, like resolution, 'cancel changes' had always canceled the change.
