Then post the results of these two programs:

[*]HijackThis - it will show us what's running on your computer concurrently with CoH. Click on "Do a system Scan and save a logfile." It will automatically open up Notepad and put the info there. Make sure Wordwrap is off in Notepad (Format > Wordwrap unchecked) before you cut and paste here.

Clockwork lieutenants are 10 times tougher than the AV at the end of the Manticore TF. I think Hopkins was designed by an AE farmer. -
Miss Liberty picked up her father's (Statesman's) supernatural gifts. Statesman doesn't age. So, it would be natural to assume that Miss Liberty doesn't age, or is very long-lived.

This happens often.
Now the GMs hate villains!
Actually, send a PM to Nivienne about it... this is starting to become too common.
A workaround is to use a global channel and ask a hero to send a /tell to the GM to enable their hero chat.

Couldn't you get the global name of the GM and send them a global tell?

Next time that happens, look for a debuff icon under your health window and right click it for the actual name of the debuff and its stats. Take pics.

This morning, when trying to log into Virtue (and had same on some other west coast servers), I get the error message of "Couldn't connect to DB server". I was able to get in for a half hour to an hour, disconnected, same error. Was able to log back in for now, but there might be something that should be checked out.
East coast servers, like Victory, no problem.
Note: I'm in Iowa, and running the Mac client so the normal tools suggested to get dumps aren't available.

Does it happen when there is something behind you?
Because if you swing your camera around and it snaps close to you because of an object behind you, what often happens is that the camera winds up behind the object which is now invisible so you can see through it. However, since the targeting for TP is Line of Sight from the camera, you'll wind up going nowhere since the camera really can't see since it's behind an object.
The best way to tell if this is the case is to do this: Next time this bug shows up, snap the camera to first person view (be default the key 'B' toggles in and out of first/third person view). If that fixes it, then what I mentioned above is the case. -

That mission is bugged. If you fight Snaptooth he turns into a Boss version and then an Elite Boss version of himself. The EB version is conning friendly and so you can't defeat him. And he stops trying to destroy the portal, and so the mission become uncompleteable. And it's an undroppable mission.
And so, you can start the mission and not fight Snaptooth and let him destroy the portal and let the mission fail, thus completing it. Or, you send a /petition (stuck) in-game and a GM will complete it for you. They know it's bugged now. -

You don't get the same pop up for how the enhancements are doing during a respec like you do when you look at your enhancements through the enhancement tray link.

This past Sunday night at 11:30 ET a GM showed up withing 10 minutes of a stuck petition to complete an incompleteable and undroppable mission for me.
