The rikti invasions MIGHT (with luck) draw some of those AE babies out into the zone to combat a real threat.

"Whoa... these things fight back!"

Seriously! How do I one-star this and tell the author they're a jerk for making such a hard mission? -

Is it true that she went out with the whole football team when she was a high school cheerleader?

In the same night. -
Besides all the faults of this guide mentioned above, add to it:
1. Telling MMs to put their pets away is just uninformed. I lead ITFs with my MM.
2. There are tricks for the Generals mentioned in other guides which you don't know about, for example, only one of the Generals requires also defeating his surrounding spawn.
3. There are some teams which are truly incapable of generating enough DPS to overcome the Healing Nictus's heals. So, separating Rommy from the Healer is necessary and relatively easy. Once he's more than 30' away, he's outside the heal range. So, you get whomever Rommy is attacking move in one direction while whomever the Healer is attacking move in the opposite. Very, very simple as long as your teammate's understand not to pull them too far apart, lest the Healer run back to Rommy. -

Hey, I'm sure you have been asked this before, but does Defense stack? Like if I am getting attacked by a ranged/fire damage attack and I have 30%defense to ranged and 15% defense to fire would it be safe to say that I have 45% defense and that if it is an even level minion that It would have a 5% chance to hit me?
[/ QUOTE ]
Only like defenses stacke, so, no.
Only one defense number is used in the final to hit formula, so, in the case you mentioned above, the 30% Ranged Defense is used as your Defense attribute because it is the higher of the two.
If however, a teammate gave you a 20% Fire Defense buff, your total Fire Defense would be 35% and so, 35% would be used as your Defense attribute.
And you are correct in subtracting your Defense attribute from that attack from the 50% base chance ToHit of an even con minion. Against such a critter, your 30% Raged Defense would mean that the minion has a final chance ToHit you at 20%. -

Its priorities go Day Job+Badge power > Day Job power > Purchased power. It does the same for the Vet/Day Job SG Base teleporters as well.

Actually, the other way around. You want to use the one that's infinitely renewable first before you use the one with limited charges. -
Sheesh, how could I have forgotten: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hooters_Air

In order to excel at the ski runs at the Chalet during the Winter Event, it helps to be able to change direction laterally in the air. You can have a Kin give you Inertial Reduction, or, you can make a quick throw-away second build (with just TOs, DOs, and SOs) that takes all the Jump powers so that you can have that fast lateral mid-air movement that neither SuperSpeed by itself nor Fly can give you.

You know, we could always ask a Dev if the documentation is right or the actual mechanic in practice is right. It's been known for one or the other (or both) to be wrong in the past...

Wait, shields can't be uber. When it was introduced, it was universally bemoaned as the weakest defense set.
What happened? -
Regular Mon & Fri morning maintenance.
Sometimes you need a hard refresh to update a web page. Hold CTRL down as you click the refresh button.
I'm seeing most servers up, but some unknown. Sometimes they don't let folks in until all are fully up. -

It may not be used for the Fog of War.
Notice how we now have arrows on the map to reveal where a Hostage/Ally is? They don't show up until you save them. Perhaps this makes them appear early?
Maybe glowies too?
[/ QUOTE ]
A 63 month Vet already knows all the maps by heart, knows where all the hostages are, and knows where all the glowies are. -

Up to two hours, then you start getting iffy. Of course, you should have called for an ambulance right away so it shouldn't matter.

Less so if applied to the neck. -
Here's a way to have some fun:
Grab some prizes from your loot storage bins and go Atlas.
When a cc is organized. Go and reward the one you think should win.
And you didn't have have to go through the bother of organizing one.
And don't forget to broadcast the one you think won and what prize you gave them. -
You had to follow the link to the AE Building. And click the little thumbnail.
Glad to be of assistance. -
Well what do you know. I just did that SF today and didn't notice the little bugger.
You got the hammer. I got the amulet which summons a coral creature.
The downside is that he's rather slow. You can't TP him, not even with the usually irresistible Team TP. He's slow to agro onto something, and when he does, he'll follow it to the depth of heck to finish it off.
But two days use is great. Four minutes every 50 minutes (subject to global recharge reductions).
I wonder how many times you can renew it.

The Lich is listed (enhancement screen pop up) as being able to take Defense Debuff Enhancements and Defense Debuff IO Sets. But the Lich has no power which Debuffs a foe's Defense (the Grave Knights, do). Not even with the extra upgraded powers can the Lich Debuff Defense. So... that should be take out.
The Dark Servant is listed as being able to take Recharge Intensive Pet Sets and yet, when I tried to slot a RIP IO, it wouldn't go in.
Now, I know someone is going to pipe up "The Dark Servant is not supposed to take RIP Sets." To that I reply, show me the Dev post that says it.
Then some will say, "But the DS is not a damage pet, so they don't get RIP Sets." To that I reply, so, which pet sets should they get, the Pet *Damage* Set? The DS has Tentacles and Chill of the Night for some damage. The rest of the RIP set provides the recharge and accuracy that you'd want in a set.
Then some will say, "But that would give MMs who take Dark Miasma too much Resist and Def aura buffs." And to that I say, the genie is already out of that bottle. The Necro Ghost and Storm pets can take RIP sets.
So, even if, in the end, the DS isn't supposed to take RIP Sets, then it shouldn't say that it does in the tool tip. -

Here's a question: Do the devs know?

The Devs are Lore Atheists! They don't read the Story Bible!!! -
I put my ironic character, PincessAngelCatGirl, into a cc once. The organizers themselves were catgirls. I got a tell that they didn't want to chose me as a winner because it would look fixed, so, they privately gave me a million inf.
Funny in many ways, esp. since I probably had more inf. then all of them combined. -

Flight attendants give instructions? Hmmm. Guess I'll have to pay a bit more attention next time I fly.
Of course, it would be easier for me to pay attention to them if they went back to hiring Stewardesses like they did in the good old days.
Then again, I probably wouldn't be paying any attention to what they were saying due to paying attention to the effects breathing has on the female figure.

Just for you, although it's not their breathing that's attention getting...
