It seems all my toons, regardless of 'concept' wind up with what is for me, the best mechanical advantage:
Hurdle with one Jump Enhancement
Health with the two +Recovery Procs
Stamina four slotted with Performance Shifter with the +End proc
Hasten 3 slotted with Recharge
SuperSpeed with a Stealth IO.
Purchase the fly pack in Grandville (Blueside, I conserve the various fly and jump pack temp powers and use the GvE jump pack until I can buy a jet pack at level 40 in the Shard)
And there you go: Lots of extra recharge and recovery. Superspeed (always on, even in combat) with an excellent jump height and speed with temp powers to overcome the momentary hurdles. Practical invisibility. -

When you purchase the full version you need to upgrade your existing trial account. It sounds like you may have created a new account. If this is the case, you'll have to contact customer service to merge them.
[/ QUOTE ]
That's one common scenario... creating a second account instead of upgrading the trial account.
The other common occurrence is that sometimes the trial account just doesn't get upgraded. If you go online into the game and type...
/petition "this trial account didn't get upgraded to full"
And fill in the box with pertinent info, then Customer Service will take care of it.
Also, it takes a few days for your account on the Test server to get upgraded to full status. On any Live server, it should be less than 10 minutes, often immediately. -
Thanks for the info about Prestige. The Wiki has been updated.

Honestly, I think it's a limited reading of the do not "post or transmit advertisements or commercial solicitations" rule to say I can't write the name of one of the sites that's spamming me in a complaint message on a City Life thread.
[/ QUOTE ]
A limited reading to which, historically, the Mods have adhered. -
Ummm... what's the question?

Hey, mods, practice your new mod commands and merge this with the other threads in the other forums!

Was looking over the Euro Boards and reading how happy they are to meet up with the Americans. Woohooo Drinks on Me!!!!
[/ QUOTE ]
Why wouldn't they be happy to mix it with Americans?
It makes them look mature, intelligent, and cultured.
And skinny. -

Ok I have someone interested currently, if they back out I will post again here within the day.

Not likely. -
All my PMs have been archived and deleted from the forums.
There, did my duty to make the transition go faster.
Also, my posts older than 2 years will be saved.
Also, this utility comes with a post-reader so you can read your PMs, you don't have to export it anywhere to read them. -

It's not pink, it's salmon.

<sigh>
Pink is light red or light red with just a touch of blue (moving into purple territory).
Salmon is light red with just a touch of yellow (moving into the orange territory).
THEY ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!!!

Another question, according to that link Infamy is NOT split yet I would of sworn it was?
[/ QUOTE ]
It doesn't say that anymore. I changed it.
Originally, the news from the devs was that only XP was split, but sometime before it want Live, it was changed so that Inf was indeed split.
I'm not too sure about Prestige, though. -

I would like to see a screenshot of what you are talking about then. I have checked both Ticket Vendors in Atlas Park and neither have any common IO options that I can see.
[/ QUOTE ]Common IOs on the ticket vendor... in Atlas Park.
Remember, you have to set your level to a multiple of 5 (because common IOs only drop on multiples of 5).
[/ QUOTE ]
...
Well then. Low priority fix it stays it would seem.
Though, they really need to change that interface to show the highest valid IO recipe for the current character level. That is about as un-intuitive as they can get.
[/ QUOTE ]
Agreed.
Now, should that change be a higher or lower priority than getting the DOs back into the Ticket Vendor?

Can't you use Tickets to buy the common IOs in place of the DOs?
If there's a workaround... then its priority drops. -
I'll use the time to feed the.. oh... scratch that. Feeding isn't necessary anymore.

Well, you haven't exactly told us what the problem is: bad graphics, slow response, can't run at all?
In any case, we'll need some extra information...
Check out this thread, Common Solutions & Posting Guidelines
Then post the results of these two programs:
<ul type="square">[*]CoH Helper - it will show us basic computer settings and your CoH configuration.
[*]HijackThis - it will show us what's running on your computer concurrently with CoH. Click on "Do a system Scan and save a logfile." It will automatically open up Notepad and put the info there. Make sure Wordwrap is off in Notepad (Format > Wordwrap unchecked) before you cut and paste here.
NOTE: If you suspect you have a virus on your computer, then when you install HijackThis do not install it in a directory called 'HijackThis' -- modern viruses look for that and disable anything in that directory. Rename it. Also, when it starts up, do *not* run a report. Back out of the program and rename the HijackThis.exe file to something else (I renamed mine to Love.exe
) -- again, to fool the modern viruses that would stop it from running.

What were you saying about being a buzzkill?

I think you should use the Tarot figures already in the game from the Mystic Fortune power.
Death - GW
Fool - Synapse
Hermit - Dark Watcher
Lovers - Manti & Sr. P.
Magician - Numina
Moon - Midnight Squad
Sun - Altar of the Sun (Cimerora) (I think that's what that symbol is)
Tower - GW's Tower
Wheel of Fortune - Some random mandala over CoH
The others with some tweaks...
Judgment - The Three Sisters
Justice - Blue Steel in front of PPD
The Empress - Lady Grey (the power behind the throne)
The Emperor - Statesman/Imperious (overt power) Suggestion: Use both like a modern King in a deck of cards.
The Hanged Man - The Honoree (the Hanged Man and the Empress have a connection)
The High Priestess - War Witch (her + coven)
The Hierophant - Sister Solaris
The Chariot - How about a Portal?
Strength - Ms. Liberty (the granddaughter of an incarnation of Zeus is a good analogue for Hercules)
Temperance - Positron (always has to keep his powers and the hotheads in check)
The Devil - Nemesis (too good not to)
Moon - Midnight Squad
Sun - Altar of the Sun (Cimerora) (I think that's what that symbol is)
The Star - The Ouroboros symbol
The World - Paragon City -
I can't decide which is worse:
1. The avatar
2. The anti-climactic nature of the post.
3. The point in the OP isn't made until the fifth paragraph.
4. The uninformative thread title. -

as a side note don't flashback his arc and set no temp powers

Um... it doesn't work like you think it works.
When something's on the Known List, it's on their list of things-to-fix and there are any number of reasons why it's not fixed immediately.
First, they have to find out why it's bugged. Then find a solution. Then code a solution. Then test it. And this process can fail at any point along the way putting them back to square one.
The other issue is prioritization. The above process requires resources, namely, the time of a developer. The time of a developer is already scheduled to create new things in the game. Every time the time of a developer is shunted away from developing new things to fix a bug, then the development cycle of the game is slowed down. And so, bugs themselves are prioritized ("Hmmm, find out why some DOs are missing from the Ticket Vendor or get the next Issue out in time... which should we do? Hmmm....").
And so, bugs are prioritized. The more showstopping they are, or the more they affect gameplay, or the more they effect a larger number of players, the higher on the list they go. Minor inconveniences go to the bottom of the list.
Yes, they schedule time to fix bugs, but the bigger bugs get fixed first, and if they occupy most of the budgeted fix-it time, then the lower priority bugs get put off to the next fix-it window.
And so, if you think that the long turnaround time to getting this very minor bug fixed is a sign that provides little comfort, then your expectations of the development cycle are askew.
