I'd even begrudge just one member of the team being level 1 and Super-SK'd into a level 50 TF. What are they going to do v. a +2 AV with just Brawl and a level 1 attack? -

Not really, you'll still need to be high enough to get Levantera's missions to earn the Vanguard Recruit badge before you can earn Vanguard Merits.

Another thought, If the auto SK applies to RWZ and other similar zones that currently have level requirements, and you are in one of those zones when the team leader selects a mission that is owned by a player that is not that minimum level, are you all dumped from the zone?
This might sound trivial but it is something to think about.
It's no different than level 1 toons walking into Grandville or Peregrine. -

Also, you can bring in several people and multiply the force.
Also, if you're asking someone a higher level than you to help, they'll always get xp from it (unless they're 50). I know the times I've helped someone I've said to myself, "Great. No xp from doing this."
Also, you can ask more than one lowbie to help you and they'll all be SK'd to you and be able to help, thus greatly increasing the pool of possible helpers for a stuck mission. -

Along the side of the team window is an arrow. Clicking the arrow will pop out a status report of your teammates showing their buff icons and what zone they are in. -
That happens occasionally. It's a very old debugging routine of which the general consensus here is that they don't use anymore. So, ignore it unless it start happening regularly.

Sounds more like a problem your end.
First, reboot your computer and see if it's still a problem. If yes, then check out this thread, Common Solutions & Posting Guidelines
Then post the results of these two programs:
- CoH Helper - it will show us basic computer settings and your CoH configuration.
- HijackThis - it will show us what's running on your computer concurrently with CoH. Click on "Do a system Scan and save a logfile." It will automatically open up Notepad and put the info there. Make sure Wordwrap is off in Notepad (Format > Wordwrap unchecked) before you cut and paste here.
- CoH Helper - it will show us basic computer settings and your CoH configuration.

This should also work:
/unbind RBUTTON
Which should reset your right button to default. If it doesn't, then try:
/bind RBUTTON ""
/bind RBUTTON "+mouse_look" -
The best way to stabilize FireFox for these new boards is:
1. Delete all CoH cookies: with both city* and coh* names.
2. Disable CoolIris.
3. Reboot to clear all caches
4. Enter the boards with the http://boards.cityofheroes.com address.
If it still doesn't work... don't know why. -

Won't respecs fail (or maybe can't even be started) if done on a TF? This would prohibit respecs in Ouroboros missions and AE missions and even outside them as long as you're still in 'TF mode.'

1. Update you graphics driver.
2. Put in 2 GB of RAM in there. Otherwise you'll be doing a lot a memory swapping to the hard drive which is slow.
3. 20% left on your hard drive is starting to get low-ish. Get it into shape by...1. Go to control panel and then Add/Remove Programs and get rid of any programs you don't need any more.
4. Shut off bloom. ATI cards don't work will with bloom, depth of field, water, desaturation, and anti-aliasing on CoH.
2. Go into Windows Explorer (not the Internet Explorer) and right click on your C: drive and chose Properties. Under the General Tab, you'll see a button for Disk Cleanup, run it and get rid of deleted (recycle bin) and temp files.
3. Under the General Tab, make sure Indexing is not selected. Unless you need to do quick searches of your documents on a regular basis, you don't need this. It may take a while to propagate the un-indexing to all the sub-folders.
4. Go to the Tools Tab and click on the defrag button. Run the defragger. It may take an hour or two to defrag. Make sure the computer doesn't power down during it (you'll find power options where you change the screen saver -- right click on desktop...).
5. Post the results of HijackThis - it will show us what's running on your computer concurrently with CoH. Click on "Do a system Scan and save a logfile." It will automatically open up Notepad and put the info there. Make sure Wordwrap is off in Notepad (Format > Wordwrap unchecked) before you cut and paste here.
