There's a lot of questionable stuff in the registry. If you copy and paste your hijack this log file into this site: http://www.hijackthis.de/ then you'll see it.

Also, the Nvidia files look a bit.... off. Nothing like a normal Nvidia set up.
I'd recommend: Back up your data; make sure you have a Windows install disk; reformat your hard drive; reinstall Windows; update Windows and all your drivers; reinstall programs; reinstall data. A good cleaning like that does wonders for an old machine. -

i've done this before and its worked fine but now it wont let me log onto the game because apparently i don't have any game time on the books.
On the NCsoft site it says i have untill the 5th october which is one month, but it wont let me log in. (Edit: test Server btw)

Thanks for the plug. I reskinned the Hero skin to be as close to the original UBB Hero skin as possible. It seems those used to it wanted that (I never like the Hero skin, so, I gave the peoples what they wanted).
My villain reskin was tweaked for colors which were similar to the old villain skin, but, better shades, IMO. However, if you look at the script coding, I left in the values for the old villain skin for people to chose the colors they want by doing a little editing on their own. -
Heh. It's not 1.00, but virtually so. But since it's still under 1.00 the farmers will psychologically consider Freakshow to be XP lepers now.

At it's steepest decline of subscribers, the downward slope was so shallow, that it would take at least seven years for the numbers to dwindle enough that they'd shut the whole thing down.
NCSoft is investing gobs of money (and CoH is currently profitable) to try to grow the subscriber base. A retail box is coming soon and that almost always boosts numbers. -

To quickly get to your profile click "USER CP" at the top of any screen (cp = control panel).
Once in the Control Panel, click on Your Profile (first link in left sidebar).
Once in Profile view, click on Statistics Tab. In the Total Posts box, you'll see a link for Find all posts by <you>. Click that for what you want. -

If it were a free respec, then '/respec' would work to start it. Since it doesn't, it's an earned respec and you'll have to go to one of the respec contacts listed above.

So I just reactivated an old account. Login information for the website are correct. But, as soon as I tried to login to city of heroes an error message pops up saying my username or password was incorrect. Also, tried to reset my password and tried to log in again but still the same issue.

Log back into your NCSoft account and look to see what the name of your CoH game account is. That's the name for logging into the game. Click on that account and then chose Change Password. That will change your log in password. Then use the CoH account name and the new password to get into the game.
Make sure Cap Lock isn't on and you type everything in case sensitive.
