An aberration. Crafted LotG+Rech will go back up to 150+ million.
  2. I just sold 200 Alchemical Silvers tonight. Each was placed with a 5 INF asking price. Each got over 50,000 - 250,000 INF in actual buys.

There are about 13,000 bids out.

Backlog of bids. There are a ridiculous number of them.
  4. Why don't the Market Manipulators and AE Farmers get together and clear out the Alchemical Silver backlog. If you do that, *then* you can boast you can manipulate the market.
  5. You'll want to take away the permission for any one else to reset the auto-demotion timer. Otherwise, they can set it to 15 days hoping that you'll forget to log that character within that time frame getting you demoted.
  6. The ability to six slot all your Ancillary Powers in I21 will probably affect builds greatly. I wouldn't respec just yet....
  7. The coordinates are Providence, Rhode Island - ish.

It's an approximation of where the RWZ would be in the 'real world.' The coordinates show up in conference room screen of the Vanguard base. In the 'real world' the coordinates are a bit too inland and cover a somewhat rural and swampy area, which is completely unlike the area the mothership crashed into.

I don't think that word means what you think it means.

  9. Here is a build with Smashing/Lethal Defense at 42.7%; Melee at 24.4%; Ranged at 29.4%; and AoE at 28.2%. These figures go up when Power Boost is on.

It can be tweaked in that the second EndRedux in the pet upgrade powers aren't necessary any more and they can be moved. Also, I'm not digging the double Hold powers... don't get much use from them.

The pets' Resistance is in the 20s-60s and their Defense is in the high teens.

I don't think that's WAI. But, as long as you can't go past the 5 costume slot in-game unlock limit with that trick, it's probably not worth pursuing.

But then, the power shifted from the Design Devs (who, at Cryptic, called all the shots since NCsoft was more of a distributor and the Cryptic administration become focused elsewhere) to the Producers who were more accountable to NCsoft, the new sole owner.

While Design retained a lot of freedom in design, Production took over in calling the shots and the overall direction. And they were not communicative. After training the Design Devs to be responsive after all those years (), we lost access to the people making the broader decisions. And the Customer Rep staff at the time seemed incapable of bridging that gap (whether they weren't trying, or they were being rebuffed, I don't know). Then the lead Customer Rep decided to disengage from direct contact with players on the forums altogether and focus on... I don't know what -- the handful of expos and meet and greets?

Today, we have the lead Customer Rep who is extraordinarily engaged and the Producers have gotten over their fear of interacting with the players and are now comfortable with leveraging player feedback and testing. Which is a very good situation to be in. Heck, we are in contact directly now with GMs, QA, and NCSoft technicians. We have a very engaged Design Team, Production Staff, and Customer Reps making Paragon Studios the best gaming studio out there.

    Burn

If they're taking heavy damage and if they keep missing you (as is the case with ATs with high defense), then they will run.

They do that to my Dark Defender all the time if I don't Tar and Tentacle them. Cuase, with Dark, they miss a lot.

Could be worse: Your time could have been further wasted by clicking on a thread with an uninformative title.

    Is that 21?

The will *not* pull a surprise head start. That generates more bad feelings then makes good ones.

So, no maintenance or patch, even if for extended time will be FREEDOM or the VIP head start without an advanced announcement.

    No surprise FREEDOM for you!
  16. I love it when Kins speed boost my zombies. Since they like to melee and switch targets, they get to where they're going quickly. This also means that after grabbing agro, they quickly run out of range forcing the mobs to run around chasing them and the mobs wind up doing a poor job keeping up with them since they're so fast.

Perhaps you could even set an aura directly above the emitter base that visually overlays anything inside its field with really small stripes and makes it flicker occasionally, to make it look more "hologram-y".
Well, the MA has the ability to create whitewashed doppelgangers which would do nicely as a statue.
  18. If you have 16 players with a mix of ATs, you all will be near or even above the soft cap even without any personal defense of your own thanks to group buffs. And that's not even figuring in the effects of all the debuffs on the foes.

There is nothing technically demanding in the slightest related to porting that exact texture to women.
Nothing technical? Onto what menu option would you hang this texture that wouldn't preclude a bunch of other options?
