Also consider that a lot gets lost in the shuffle. Those bug reports may no longer be around.
The only problem would be a lot of people writing in "LOL I13 IS A BUG HAHA NOUB" - if that happens too much then all of the PVP bug reports will be typecast as angry spammers and will be ignored. -

In any hour you can have 12 rep worthy kills from a single opponent. That means that to have 300 rep worthy kills from a single opponent you need to kill them every five minutes for 25 hours. -
As you know Issue #17 is now in open beta on the test server.
All of the current PVP bugs are still there. I think the Devs might not know about them. (I just noticed that none of the stickied threads here actually mention any of the bugged powers.)
As you can tell from the latest patch notes; the developers are making PVP changes.
Please post all of the PVP bugs you know about in this thread.
The content of these threads are delivered directly to the developers so it is our best chance to get the powers fixed, or an acknowledgement from the development team that these bugs exist. As it stands, we can only assume they don't yet know about broken powers in PVP.
N.b. It will help if you mention how these bugs affect characters that can use them in conjunction with the following powers:
-Dual Pistols
-Demon Summoning -
The PVP Community is tiny in COH. There are a few hundred maximum, and they all congregate on Freedom & Virtue. There is zero support from the developers for PVP in this game. (As is evident by all the PVP specific bugs that have been reported but have not been fixed for MONTHS now.)
I would say that unless you are especially fond of City of Heroes, the PVP here is not worth engaging in. -

Words only have the power we give them.
Whether something is offensive is irrelevant. People vary too much to find a happy medium.
What matters is whether something is appropriate contextually.
VU2010 is a publicly accessible channel, so rap jokes are obviously inappropriate. As for the punishment? Well that's up to the operators: it's their channel to operate as they see fit.

I'm sure that there are plenty of people here who can add other restrictions. Or to put my opinion more bluntly. Either instantly ban anybody who says anything that somebody might find painful or ban nobody for it. A moderator who overreacts due to personal experience with a discussed subject should not be a moderator. If you can not treat all cases equally then you are not a moderator, you are a dictator.
Talking to a person is a reasonable first step. Silencing them if they keep it up is a reasonable second step. Banning them if they still haven't learned their lesson is a reasonable action. Jumping straight to step 3 is the action of somebody who has problems with self control let alone control of others.

For an Empathy defender i'd go with Sonic or Elec. Sonic is good for the stun from shriek, whereas elec is good for the pet. (Can act as an IO Mule.)

An Elec/SS/Earth can be beastly. Your attacks will mostly be ranged (Hurl/Fossilize/Stone Prison.) Proc them up & throw KO Blow into the mix and you have an awesome offensive character.
I'd go Speed/Leaping/Fitness/Concealment for powerpools. -

PVPIOs only drop if the following criteria are met:
1. You kill someone in zone that gives you rep.
2. You kill someone in the arena that would hypothetically give you rep.
3. You are within three levels of the person you have defeated. (Actual levels of characters.)
