Mystery solved. I thought to ask my husband if he had logged on to my account for any reason in the past week. "Yeah, on Friday I logged on Miss Tilt to invite a new character of mine to the SG."
So, I go and check my chat log from that day and...."Message From @Dr. Aeon : Thanks for entering your arc into the Architect Contest!"
In forensics shows they always say like 90% of the time it's the husband and that held true here.
I can rest much easier now. I won't make the same claim for my hubby though.

Quote:I've still gotten no in game tell. I went back to be 1000% certain my arc was submitted correctly and that I got an email response indicating it had been entered and that's all perfect. Well, color me very worried at this point.I got two responses, neither of which explicitly said the arc had been played, but I'm guessing the second one was that one.
WN -
He could be going through in alphabetical order too.
WN -
Quote:The "Thank you for submitting your arc" was an email response to you successfully entering the contest.Right after contest closed I got a "Thank you for submitting your arc" message, but nothing else.
I have not gotten the pat "Your arc has been played" one yet...or are they one and the same?
The "Your arc has been played" is an in game tell from Dr. Aeon.
I happy to hear I'm not the only one and since we submitted around the same time I'm certain he has just not reached our arcs yet on the list.
WN -
Has anyone not got the "Your arc has been played" message in game from Dr. A? Everyone I spoke to seems to have gotten one expect for me. It's making me paranoid.
WN -
I don't know of one, but that would be an awesome tool.
WN -
I've been playing through the entries and can't find:
Arc ID 455005 "Your Blue Collar Nemesis" by BenRGamer
in the system.
WN -
Quote:It's during the cartoon show. The fat kids is singing about her and refers to her as blue lizard. She is a blue lizard, just a gentler looking one till you piss her off. Then the spikes come outI also want to say that Bright Angel mentions her appearance at least twice. But I might be misinterpreting what you are saying here - is Blappy's "on the show" appearance what's mentioned in the mission one return text? Or is it her real appearance? I thought it was the latter, but I might be wrong.
The costume you see her in is armor, which would not be what she wears on her show.
WN -
Quote:You played the old arc and to my knowledge have not played the new one. Blappy's appearance is specifically mentioned in the mission one return text.I'd like to second this. Until I actually encountered Blappy in the very last mission, I had assumed Blappy was an evil clown. I was quite surprised at Blappy's actual appearance.

Based on Pro Payne's excellent review I made the following changes:
M1: Return text change jacket to something draped over his head
M2: Junkyard Dog dialog, fixed typo Nemesis
M3: Send off text, moved the so it is colored as it should have been in the first place
M4: Warning, changed sneaky one to mean one
WN -
First of all thanks for the great detailed feedback and review!
Quote:I changed this to "something over his head"At the end of the first mission, the reference to me not being sure it is Percy being led away because of a jacket over his head struck me as strange, given that he’s a Fake Nemesis.
Quote:The reference to Paris and Lindsay is certainly recognizable, but seems a bit out of place (since it’s a ‘direct’ real world reference, whereas most story arcs – including this one for the most part – might allude to real world people, TV shows, etc., but don’t mention them directly).
Quote:Minions-4-Hire really needs a pamphlet or brochure or something to “introduce” it; maybe you can find one on the ground in front of the warehouse in mission two. Granted, the pop-up text on mission entry is at least a decent introduction, but having a bit more there to “flesh out” the group wouldn’t hurt.
Quote:In the vein of things that I might just be too dense to get – what the heck is “Q” rating?
Quote:At the start of the final mission, I got a warning that I’d be facing an Elite Boss and a “sneaky one” at that. I certainly do not have an issue with the warning being there – in fact, I think it should be – but I did want to comment that there didn’t seem to be anything sneaky about the EB at all. She actually struck me as pretty straight forward.
Quote:The arc to me still has a somewhat “disjoined” feel to it, as though the story is not as tight as it could be.
Quote:Here’s one final thing that even strikes me as an odd thought to have, but I’ll throw it out there – it has always bothered me that Blappy is a blue lizard. Yes, yes, it makes perfect sense to me that what she looks like here is entirely different from what she might look like in the TV show, but since there is nowhere (that I could see) that suggests what her TV persona looks like (and Bright Angel shows up in what I presume to be – mostly - her TV getup in missions two and three), it seems natural to me to envision that the Blappy show features a blue, spiky, rather scary-looking lizard “hero.” Which seems at odds with it being a kid’s TV show. I’d figure her TV persona would have an almost generic, Power-Ranger-like quality, for example.
Quote:Oh! And one last thing – I think Percy would work even better as a gold-colored, rather small, custom patterned after the Praetorian clockwork. But that’s just me.
Again, thanks very much for playing it! I found the review very helpful.

After enjoying a week or so on page three which netted the arc a few 5 star ratings, a 4 and some really nice feedback, it was stuck last night with two 1-2 stars with no comments. Well it's made it easier to figure out which arc to delete should I ever want to make a new arc. RIP Rex Magnus.

I had checked all the spam folders and such. Apparently it needed to come for the email address that is on the game account because when I sent it from there I got a response within 30 seconds. That or there was some other issue with using my other email address.
WN -
I've sent it several times and have yet to get a response automated or otherwise. does it have to be sent from the email associated with the account?
WN -
I didn't get a response of any kind. Are they being sent out or didn't anyone else get one either?

It's time to announce the winners and the new arcs name. I want to thank all of you that played it, gave feedback and/or suggested new names for the arc. It was a great amount of fun to see the variety of creative names you all came up with.
First the random drawing selected from all the people that played the arc during the time the contest ran. The winner of the 100 million inf:
@Lethal Guardian
Next are the runners up for the naming which each get a [Synthetic Nucleolus Exposure.50] in no special order are:
The Pursuit of Blappiness - DarklordDKL
It's All About Blappy - Konshu
Angelic Injustice - Capa Devans
The title I have picked for the was not suggested, however, the winner was inspirational and the closest. The winner of the [Armageddon : Dam (Superior).50] is:
A Blappy and Friends Special Episode! - CrippI3
The title for the arc is: A Very Special Episode
I wanted to remove Blappy from the title to tone done the silliness factor since the arc is not silly. I did retain the "Comedy" tag though humorous would be a better key word if it was available. Also, the title is a tvtrope which fits perfectly. I also use tvtropes as the name for each mission. I'm really happy with the title.
Thanks again to everyone for all the help and suggestions.

Some really great names and ideas. A reminder that today is the last day. I will announce the winners tomorrow.

Zamuel.
Thanks very much for the great feedback.
Interesting comment on the Injudicators and something I have not thought of before. Definitively taking that suggestion.
The Ally in the last mission was not guarded on purpose and his unaware text should make it clear why (he just arrived himself).
The only in jokes are the inserts of Gypsy Rose and PW. There is a mention of a Fred and that could be anyone. I was actually really happy with those and think they fit well.
Thanks for catching the spell/typos. I will nail them down asap.
