This is my first Wednesday night that I haven't had class in 2 months =P

That piece was a long time in coming. But I think it was worth all the effort you had to put in to get it done right =)

I'm surprised to see you say you struggle with coloring. I find your use of color to be your strong point!

I get driven crazy by color. I always like my monochromatic or grayscale work better. I'll get a chance to take Color Theory in the Spring, and I'm hoping that helps.

I don't know if I have any linework that would be good for straight coloring to donate.... might be more trouble to prepare the file than they're worth.

You stated I called you a liar.... after quoting yourself exactly what I was referring to. In PMs and then that thread, every single comment you said to me was prefaced with "I don't mean to be <insult>, BUT..." Perhaps you don't realize this, but that "but" doesn't then mean you're not coming off as exactly whatever insult you started with. In fact, prefacing statements with that phrase is a big red flag that you're about to do EXACTLY that. That's not debating, and its not being civil, and that's what I got more than fed up with and called you out on. And "countering" any input I've ever given on a subject I honestly know more about with a parade of "I don't want to be a jerk, condescending, sarcastic, etc., etc." is dismissing that input.

Holy crap, I didn't realize we were total xenophobes over here and our mission was to shelter artists from the terrifying world outside full of evil people and their evil ideas and evil opinions.

I wasn't all jazzed up about the merger... but to not want it because Multimedia might bring in some meanies?! We get a lot more random people dropping by from the FArt Competition voting every month.

This board has gone through a number of influxes and outfluxes of people over the years. I think it can handle some extra random posts without an apocalypse.

And why should a new artist be treated like they don't know its the internet and have never realized that mean people often have access to it? Wouldn't it be more supportive if they do get trolled to say "Eh, you'll run into that, it's the internet. No need to overreact." instead of figuring they'll be scared off for all eternity?

This time around, eliminated players were given the chance to get back in. They can only stay if they win the whole prize. But (correct me if I'm wrong), I think we only had one eliminated player throw their hat back in. They can still stay if they win, but in light of only the one person in the mix, we're going to eliminate TWO players this month. This would be three total if the one previously eliminated player does not win.

We're still using a 1, 2, 3 voting format, as its been working very well. Only votes in this format will be counted.

I just thought it was funny that one of their reasons for doing it is supposedly more exposure for the artists!!

Riiiiiight.

All the sketching and drawing yesterday got me into a nice little groove. It also gave me a burst of flow to get this sketch out while working on a commission.

Frost and I have had a huge cross-over arc between our characters all worked out for Going Rogue for months! And now with it right around the corner.... I can't keep everything under wraps. Its starting to just burst out.

The good girls are going bad... and the bad girls get to watch!

Voting will be up tonight.

Separate drawing. I just drew in random spots on the paper.

Used 4 suggestions from here (one was via PM) mixed in with various things.

You can submit it. As far as my last official check, I know I saw yours and that CR couldn't put everything up all at once. If it starts a firestorm, I'll take the flak.

I have to do a good chunk of drawing today, but CANNOT get the creative juices flowing. And I have no ideas. I blame the weather.

I'd like to get some sketching in for a couple hours to get the pencil moving. DONATE IDEAS NAO!

Now, these CAN be your characters, but any mainstream character ideas, or even more broad would also be great. Like uh... something doing something.... or something. Look, if I had ideas, I wouldn't be here. Even non-human stuff would be great. Need sketches... can be anything and everything.

I'll post up what I do in the 2 hours once stuff starts dribbling in (if anyone is around today).

Yeah, that was no problem CR. Wasn't surprised when you mentioned there was a cap.

My clock could have been weird, but I did have an alarm for 12 to check the thread and make note of the entries. I did see U-Naught's up, and that CR was having issues getting everything up at once.

Those horns were almost the death of me ^.^

Little peek at Draggynn's sheet (sorta). He's a very cooperative character and I've been liking how this sheet has been coming along. Can't wait to unveil the finished product.
