For whatever reason (may be bug or some strange formula for KB mag DR) you dont need mag 35 to stop levitate and lift. We've tested this, you need a minimum of mag 31 protection without acro to stop those. We tested with them slotted with 6 KB IO's only for mag increase and target stood firmly on the ground without getting KB. Its best not to bother trying to slot to resist Powerpush and Force Bolt and just accept that they will knock you around. You should be able to achieve this with 7 mag 4's and say a PvP +3, or any other combo that can get you to mag 31.
Quote:In a DR environment (zone and DR enabled arena) come i16 Acrobatics will not get shut off when mezed (just throwing that out there so baiscly all those SS brutes and tanks would be knocking anyone with just acro anymore).
As far as the big 3(4ish) knockers go heres the breakdown:
Power---- Needed protection
Levitate - 35
Powerpush/thrust - 40
Force Bolt - 45
Outside of DR works differently but I doubt anyone will be playing that much until they give a No Global Resist button in the arena... -
TA will be FoTM for RV zone simply because a grounded squishy hero is effectively caged for 30 seconds. While the new stalker population is not terribly good at Asing on the run vs a jumping target, it's still cake for a new player to AS someone grounded and activating powers. The threat of AS alone usually caused a grounded target to pull back with super speed and regroup. The fact that up to now only MM's have been able to put on this pressure has limited villains access to TA. (webnades are nice, but 15 seconds is certainly not the eternity that 30 secs feels like) Considering MM's have to be careful how aggressive they are when zeroing in grounding targets, having Cors be able to do this with more hit points and better resistance will be huge.
Quote:I thougth about BS too, but with Ela cause of Energize, could fit that it is up all 30 secs alike. Should do for a Stalker when u are on Hibernate and Phaseshift. Also it´s not loldef Toon as SR or Nin. The res could be nice, especially if Ela has +res against Psi Attacks. But why then TA? I see the debuff is nice, but what is so special that it could be even one of fotm´s?
The Prob is that u always have to take the bow out every time u cast TA Powers. Maybe it´ll gets nice with fire or dark. -
Quite an impressive turnout in RV last night to my relief. We averaged 45 players in zone between 8-10pm ET, and capped out around 50 right before 9pm ET. (though it could have been higher since I was only checking every 30 mins) Considering 8 v 8 Monday night arena kickball was going on at the same time and pulling away some of our zone players, I have to say I'm impressed. I broke up a 5 man fight club ring right at 8pm ET, but after that each 30 min sweep of the zone turned up no fight clubbers for the rest of the evening. While CO appears to be putting pressure on the PvE side of the game with the server pop down last night, it has done nothing to our RV PvP following.
A large shocker as well was running a count of stalkers during each head count. Stalker count never exceeded 6 of the total villain population in zone. Corruptors seemed to have the lead at each count, followed closely by dominators.
As a side note, the lag that some players are experiencing is definitely justified. You ether have a box with the power to display 50 people's powers activating or you don't, pretty cut and dry. If you don't have the cash to buy a computer capable of not getting crushed by this new rush of people, then it would be in your best interest to move on to another game. -
Wow looky someone wrote a thread with me in the title, I'm famous!
I'll just assume you're being facetious with this thread since you really couldnt be talking about PvP during none peak play time, when that's what we've been discussing up to this point.
I'm very interested to see how the head start on CO will effect this evenings zone turnout. Here is to hoping its not too brutal.
Quote:Yeah I can see where you get the 2-3x more people PvPing figure from.
Freedom RV just now:
16 Fight Clubbers in the train
6 PvPers zone PvPing
LOL
*Edit. Scratch that 6 figure. 2 of the 6 were Fight Club outlaws attacking the police. So 4 PvPers zone PvPing LOL
**Edit. Yes very impressive post I13 numbers for a monday afternoon! LOL
***Edit. Can't forget to include the 1 pill box badger. -
*** dying in two hits from unseen sources stops being fun after a while***
Haha! You think this is bad now you should have seen how bad it was pre i13 when stalkers were 2 shotting scrapper noobs, and that was solo. Thank your lucky stars for the changes that allow you enough breathing room where 2 stalkers are now needed to accomplish what 1 used to be able to do.
Quote:Actually, a lot of stalkers are throwing out a high-damage hold, and as soon as it hits, follow up with an attack. By the time you target them, a SECOND comes out of nowhere with an AS and you're done.
True, that's two stalkers working together (or stealing eachother's kills), but still, dying in two hits from unseen sources stops being fun after a while. -
Thank you very much both of you for the help.

If I have swift and fly slotted with 1 fly IO each and have another slot I could use to increase my fly speed further, would it be best spent in swift or fly? Thanks for any help.
-
A big thank you to PrincessDarkstar! I got most of them working with your last post. The transformation to dwarf then heal does not work, however I think its due to the delay in the transformation, its just not setting up the heal long enough for it to activate so there is nothing wrong with the bind just a power issue. I can press the same button again though after the transformation and it works great so that will do nicely. Thanks again for all your help.
Quote:Right then I have had a look at my binds and realised I missed the closing " from those binds - not sure if you would have picked that up or not, so it would be:
/bind <KEY> "powexec_toggle_off bright nova$$powexec_toggle_on white dwarf$$powexec_name <whatever the heal is called>"
However the way I have mine is that I have 3 text files saved in the location E:\binds\ they are called human.txt, dwarf.txt and nova.txt - the names give you a clue what they are used for
The first thing I would do is put this line in each file:
p "bind_load_file E:\Binds\<filename>.txt"
That means that when pressing the <p> key it would reload the bind file (You can use any key, not necessarily p), and let me do fast modifications and reload the files without messing about too much.
Then I would get into human form and type:
/bindloadfile e:\binds\human.txt
Then I could edit the human binds all I want and just press <p> to refresh.
In my case all my files have the same start, they have a bind to find Quantums etc:
t "target_custom_next enemy alive quantum$$target_custom_next enemy alive void$$target_custom_next enemy alive cyst"
A bind to inform the team:
y "team $Target spotted!"
And a bind to give gratz on a level:
g "team Congratulations!"
This is where each file then starts to differ.
In human form I have a line to switch me to dwarf, and a line for nova:
x "powexec_toggleon Black Dwarf$$bind SHIFT+LBUTTON powexec_name Black Dwarf Step$$goto_tray 3$$bind_load_file_silent e:\binds\dwarf.txt"
c "powexec_toggleon Dark Nova$$goto_tray 4$$bind_load_file_silent e:\binds\nova.txt"
The <x> key toggles on Black Dwarf, binds teleport to shift + left click, and swaps my main tray to show tray 3 meaning I can use the number keys for my dwarf powers. It also loads my Dwarf bind file.
The <c> key toggles me into Nova, and sets my Nova tray to be the primary tray, and loads my Nova binds.
In your case you could add the following line:
<key> "powexec_toggleon white dwarf$$powexec_name <whatever the heal is called>"
You wouldn't need to bother with the part about Nova because if you we in Nova form you would be using the Nova specific binds, which would be different.
I hope that makes sense to you, and I will make my next post show just what is in each file, with modifications for what you want. -
Do you have to note the power in the bind/macro? Here is one I was trying to get to work with no success:
/bind alt "powexec_toggleoff Bright Nova$$powexec_name Energy Flight"
Quote:I'll have to get home after work and copy them from the power tray...wish I had them memorized
I'll post them when I get home...they really make a huge difference for me.
Edit:
Here is an example of one. Just swap the toggle name (whether Dwarf or Nova) and the power name you want activated coming out of it.
powexec_toggleoff Bright Nova$$powexec_name Energy Flight -
Quote:Please go back and review my original post. The comment was made with the understanding that new players were being 2 shotted. What new player understands the "Simple Stalker avoidance formula." What new player understands he "shouldn't have been standing there."
Did that scrapper not have his toggles on? Was he just standing there, begging to be attacked? Honestly, a scrapper, 2-shotted? Simple Stalker avoidance formula is to KEEP MOVING. Honestly I have never seen a scrapper 2 shotted unless it was a regen scrapper double bu->ASed. I don't know where you were but the scraps must've not been very good if it happened all the time...
Again, the squishy shouldn't have been standing there. He shoulda been running around, that makes it next to impossible to AS. Only thing a stalk could do then was BU->next strongest attack they had, which wouldn't have killed them even followed by another melee.
The only 2-shotting happening now is by a Stalker in Bloody Bay, when squishies don't have their epic shield. They have access to so much resist now it's crazy. A Sonic/ Defender shouldn't be able to get 107% resist to all (un-DRed in mids) which calculates to around 48% to all in-game.
You never saw a a regen 2 shotted by a EM stalker pre i13? Did you even play the game back then? That was an everyday occurance. My build had 46% damage bonus BEFORE BU. BU, AS, ET, dead. It simply sounds like you have forgotten just how much damage AS used to do after a BU pop on the standard damage builds back then.
Bloody Bay is not the topic of this conversation so that comment is a wash.
Quote:I will say those flashes freak anybody new to pvp out. However Psy Blasters now still do that. Just the other day I was in the arena in a fun Kickball match on my Sonic/Thermal Corr when a psy blaster comes out of nowhere. I hear 3 quick pings and my health just went from full to red. 2 more pings later no more than 2 seconds later I'm dead even after a Healing Aura. And all this time I couldn't even find the little devil.
Quote:SO'ed toons in RV....Yea, I do believe that they can compete now. Why? Because ALL of my pvp toons are SOed. (Except for my blaster on Champion, but he never see's any action now. They all moved to Freedom and I don't want to spend the money transferring him) My toons all do well, not great, but good enough to get a kill off of most people if I plan the attack right. Of course DR made the gap smaller between IOed and SOed builds, however I don't think its very fair at all to those billionare builds. They spent the time to get the cash, training, and the perfect IOs, and now it doesn't do nearly as much...Well, new players have so much craziness to deal with nowadays it seems as though its the same gap.
Mind telling me how Billions in weeks works? If it's so easy why have so many players still not been able to do it? I myself only know a taste of how that works, but that kinda work requires tons of money to start off with.
I invested just over 600 mil 3 weeks ago, and made just under 2 billion net profit as of yesterday. People simply are unwilling to spend 30 mins or more of their time each day working the Black Market. I've actually offered friends my time to SHOW them exactly how to do this first hand and they declined. People like their farming comfort zone. It's as easy 30 mins a day (though the more time you invest the more money you will make), buy low sell high, seriously.
Quote:Personally I hated being on a squishy and being attacked my trollers or doms and being perma held while they ate through my health. However, Emps actually had a purpose in Zones then with CM and the non-heal decay. If someone gets spikes they heal it. If the spiker doesn't like the healing they should just kill the squishy emp. They can't heal themselves as well as they can others. What drives me up the wall now is being on a Tanker or Scrapper or Stalker or Brute with a Mez Protection shield and being HELD with 1 attack! Yes, it only lasts 1-2 seconds. But that de-toggles any "offensive" toggles. For WP, thats RttC, Sheilds its AAO, and any/all damage auras.
Something has to be done with the Mez system, but its current state is ridiculous.
I personally enjoy the offensive tog drops on my toons that have them. Now a hold is a hold. A target can get held by a dom, and AS'd by a none vet stalker as that stalker now has a few seconds to AS that target. At the very least as a secondary effect a tog is dropped further increasing the value of the already undervalued non damage dealer in the new i13 PvP. Are you honestly saying you want to reduce the effectiveness of say a controller, defender, or widow? Prior to this change anyone worth their salt was watching their buff/debuff bar and popping break frees accordingly. The only AS's going off where the from the pro's who understood running AS. What's so funny is even WITH this change the new stalkers are still just sharking, and very rarely does my blaster get AS'd. Perhaps these new players will over time come to understand their roll.
Quote:because Super Speed is a faster escape then SJ. because you will most likely have a -jump power put on you more often than you think. because you shouldn't be suppressed for being attacked by a person you may not want to fight. The whole reason for suppressing movement is dumb, if you attack someone and they don't want to fight or are trying to escape from being killed its not like they're somehow able to kill you. They'll come back later when they are ready and suppress themselves when they want to fight.
So you're saying you enjoyed auto escape feature that pre i13 offered? I would contend that no movement suppression was 'dumb.' Evasion pre i13 was cake to the point that it was in fact not even evasion. You simply turned, and super jump away from the danger. Activation time on any power used on you stopped that pursuer long enough that as long as you were slotted correctly, that enemy could no longer catch you, period. You could have had 3 people chasing you, the situation applied to all 3. As long as you kept moving in straight lines, you were safe. You found the no commitment PvP fun? All I can say is I'm glad the devs agreed with my opinion and the PvP movement restrictions of every other mainstream mass market MMO and fixed that garbage.
Quote:Why are you not attacking the healer, like I said previously, the Healer can't heal themselves as well as another person, and if its like that, 2 on 1, your probably gonna die anyways in a current enviroment so why complain, there are no fair fights in PvP, before and after I13.
Quote:
Really? A full team of players can't attack a stalker to break his hide refresh timer? That's sad. Unless your only talking about the ones that tried to attack a squishy in a big group. Who all most likely poped their Tier 9 beforehand, so of course they are going to get away, it's their T9, their most powerful protection, their 180 or so seconds of next to invincible mode so they can take on 1 person so they could have a chance to kill him. And you said right there you've killed stalkers easy, 1-3 deaths on a BAD night. So why 3 lines later are you saying it's nearly impossible to kill them?
So you're saying that dying 1-3 times in a 4 hour play period should not be considered nearly impossible to kill? lol You misunderstood my comment, go back and look at it. I was referring to MY stalker and the success he had in RV. Pretty cut and dry stuff.
Quote:
you must have a great connection to be back in 45 seconds. anyways, if you have to rely on that kinda green poping to survive, you must not be that great. Those "poor slubs" must be the good ones being able to do that much to you before you "cheat" your way into a kill. Skilled players don't need insps, but are virtually forced to use them because noobs who pop them faster than you can count. Now, popping greens still happens like that, however not in such a ridiculous fashion because after 4 or so they won't do a thing. Now of course, they just run back to their base when the greens stop working. Fun fun, isn't it?
"Cheat" lol. We're talking about ZONE PvP here son. If you're not using EVERYTHING you have access to, well what can I say but nice to meet you Fight Club Honor Man.
Wait, so with regards to green pops, you realize you just pointed out a benefit of heal suppression right? After your original post generalized heal suppression as the devil? You just supported my argument, did that go right over your head? Lol
Please post again, I love beating up on people. -
Its funny you mention the macros, because I wasted about 30-45 mins last night trying to make some work with no success. Would you mind providing me with the ones you use? The ones in the guide section are not working for some reason.
Quote:Welcome to the fold of "shield-less" PBs. Like you said, there is quite the learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's a lot of fun.
One thing that you may or may not already have is a bind/macro set up that allows for multiple things coming out of forms.
For example, I have macros that drop me from Nova form into Energy Flight, or Combat Flight, Q Flight, SS and one that is set up to drop me from Nova and activate Reform Essence. I have similar setups from Dwarf.
Sure, I could detoggle the form, but often times that split second detoggling and then hitting the power you need is the difference. In fact, this kind of setup allows for swapping to Dwarf, healing and dropping back to a hovering/flying Human form without losing altitude - a plus in aerial combat.
And I love getting on full teams that are in close proximity...I was hitting for 300+ per shot in Nova form the other day on a full team. With the blasts each cycling at about 1 second, I was piling up damage and kills in short order. -
It appears it was certainly not a mistake, had a ton of fun last night and I'm not even done IOing out the toon. Being team lead I was able to gather team members that best effected my play style, and I was regularly hitting 100.50% total damage bonus from the tanks and defenders on my team while in squid form lol. Basically it works like this. Damage was comparable to my fire blaster with that bonus and I have yet to finish slotting my procs so it will probably get a bit better. I lose mobility having to fly, but gained survivability in the fact that 75% of the time I had 2100 hit points, had a very fast recharging 500 and 900 point heal, and was a very difficult AS target. If spiked I could change forms heal and pull back. The learning curve is VERY steep on this toon, probably greater than any I've played. However I'm starting to get the hang of it and survived most of what was thrown at me by the end of my play time. Very excited about this new challenge, good times.

Thank you for trying to help on this Darkstar but none of the binds you posted worked.
I found the bind guide on the forums and even tried modifying and still nothing. No luck I'm afraid.

The rush to RV on Freedom is called server transfers. The current numbers are comparable to pre I13 but don't forget the dip in population during the transitional state. Also, the increased number of fight clubbers in RV does not count. Overall the PvP population for CoX has decreased. Please start looking at things beyond our server.
Sorry but some ATs can still get 2-3 shotted.
I'm sure server transfers do play into this. However all I can go from is the population of RV on the 2 servers I play on, Freedom and Pinnacle, and both are regularly 2-3x's the turnout what they were prior to i13 so shrug. I can say with certainty that the current numbers in RV are not comparable to pre i13, not even close. I can speak with authority on this matter because, literally, all I do is RV PvP in this game, close to every night, for 3 years now. While the overall PvP population for CoX may have decreased due to the arena player losses, thats not what this discussion is about. This is about zone population now vs then.
Perhaps I should have clarified my original statement regarding 2 shotting new players. 2 shotting a Scrapper was ridiculous and happened all the time. Based on server ticks the scrapper had 2-3 seconds reaction time to pop greens/heal or he was dead, even after the ET nerf. Or the funniest thing ever was the uber gimp BU, AS, lunge kill with activation times so fast the squishy target literally could not heal through it to live. Thankfully the only way to 2 shot someone now is a BU AS followed by a placated attack, and thats ONLY if the target has no hp bonuses from accolades or IOs. That is significantly more time involved that the instantly down target insanity that existed before.
Quote:PvP is foreign to new players. They are already fighting at a great disadvantage due to lack of experience and now let's add the following to that equation... Suppression, DR, Heal Decay, Mez Res only, removal of -Max Run Speed, Phase Combat, build inexperience and lack of appropriate information on Mid's to plan a toon properly. Yeah real new player friendly, fun and forgiving. There are way more unforgiving mechanics currently.
Quote:Now on to my favorite question that has gone unanswered since I13. Please explain in detail how Suppression, DR, Heal Decay, Mez Res only and removal of -Max Run Speed have helped to make PvP more viable and fun for all ATs and builds?
**DR:
Why is DR such an issue for people. To you honestly believe that SO'd toons can compete with a fully IO'd equivalent in the current RV environment? If you do, you need to get more game time in. So the overall effect was reduced through DR, all it does is take down the advantage a few notches. It doesn't change the fact that there is STILL a massive gap between the SO'd and IO'd builds effectiveness. Personally I've noticed this grumbling only from people who have no understanding of how easy it is to make billions in just weeks on the black market.
**Mez:
The changes to mez finally fixed the retarded feast or famine feel that dominators went through with holds. A high recharge/hp/acc build was ether in domination and eating people with no buffs/break frees or offering nothing at all to the team when facing stacked clear mind. At least a troller brought debuffs/buffs to the table as well, doms literally had nothing to offer when faced with that situation.
**Removal of -Max Run Speed
All editions going back for years now have put the emphasis on combat jump for its unsuppressed movement, and super jump for ease of fighting mobility and escape. The vast majority of serious players have had super speed in their build really only to counter webnades and other -jump powers, not for traveling around the map. Super speed suffers from suppression far more than any other travel power at the moment, so why is it any big surprise that they are keeping away from a heavy dose of -Max Run Speed? Its already the worst travel power in the game for basic pvp escape (not including the webnade issue where it is the standard requirement) Why make it potentially worthless in all other situations as well? The advantage of -movement in this game has always been to mess up SJ/CJ anyway, so why is this even an issue?
**Suppression and heal decay:
I12's skilless organized zone heal spam is no longer possible in the current environment. Now after 3-4 heals, the target needs to phase, or if that is down, actually use strategy like (heaven forbid) LoS breaks to provide the healer, who now actually has to count down in his head the end of the heal suppression time, instead of mashing 1 button over and over, enough time for the heals to go back to being effective. My dom uses evasion strategies all the time around buildings. My therm finds this far more enjoyable than the past heal spam, as I actually have to THINK to keep track of which toons are on heal suppression and if I should actually heal a few hundred points of damage which would start suppression, or just wait and see if they turn out to be a real spike target or not, instead of just reacting to damage and pressing one button.
movement suppression makes sence in a zone environment. Without it in i12, on my worst nights with the stalker, I may have died 1-3 times, after raking in dozens of kills. Best nights I could go for 4-5 hours with a massive kill count and no deaths at all. No heal suppression, stealth IO, and invis = virtually impossible to kill stalkers, even for large groups of players after the player. All this back in the day with 10 sec hide as well. Under the new system, even with a lower 8 sec hide refresh, a few attacks landing is all it takes to slow you enough for a group to close in and finish you off, which IMO is how it should be. Do we have to get into how great blasters were with PFF at surviving? Have 3+ people gunning for you while running solo? You ether have phase up or you should be dead, simple as that. Thankfully this game is more forgiving that every other MMO out there regarding pickup play and survival, however it was to the toon of stupidity the way i12 allowed certain toons a close to unkillable status.
In RV pre i13 I was also able to heal over 6000 points of damage in under 10 seconds with standard green inspirs. (it always blows me away that people dont use hotkeys for all 5 inspiration slots) I could then easily escape with capped jump movement that was never suppressed, find a pillbox, die in around 10 seconds, drop to my base, load up on greens, and be back in zone in 45 seconds (including load times) with another full tray. It may have been FUN for me, but it certainly wasnt for the poor slubs that worked so hard to kill me then were shut down. -
-
Please do, I'm a huge fan of a heated discussion. Please be prepared to defend your opinion in a educated manor though or I will crush you. :P
-
that is exactly what I needed, thank you very much.
One last question if thats ok. How would I setup a bind that would transform me to dwarf and use the dwarf heal right away? I have change to dwarf binded to key e. This way I could change to dwarf, auto heal, then press say alt to change to human and auto toggle on fly. Thanks again. -
I'm clicking on the link and it will not load.
Perhaps someone could help me with a quick one since the forums will no longer allow you to search for a specific word. I'm trying to set up a macro where whatever form I'm in, if I press a travel power it will switch me to human form and turn on that power. I have my travel powers binded to the following keys: Human fly = Alt, Combat Jump = z, Super Speed = x, and Super Jump = c. If someone could help me with a bind/macro for just one of these, hopefully I could figure out the rest on my own. Thanks very much for any help.

I love playing devils ad on this issue. If its so much harder for a new player to get into, why the rush to RV? The changes may be difficult for a new player to learn quickly, however I'd argue that its much less daunting than being 2 shotted by a single stalker over and over before you have time to blink. I think the only really gratifying change that is drawing new players is the ability to actually get a few attacks off before you die. The game is flat out more forgiving than it used to be.
Quote:And I'm sure that quite a lot of people would be grateful for this, except that this new PvP is considerably harder to get into than pre-i13 PvP. When someone who has never walked into a PvP zone before has all of their defenses/resists nearly halved, do far less damage to squishies than they figured they would, get mezzed even with mez protection, have their greens heal less the more they use them, and have their travel powers cease to work when they make any sort of action other than movement, it's hard for the new PvP'ers to get into PvP. You know that PvP is going to be hard to learn when Ice doesn't slow an enemy any more than Fire does and Fire doesn't do as much damage as Archery. -
I've gone over to the dark side and have a shieldless build now. Should be done IOing it in a few days, we'll see if that was a big mistake or not. :P
-
Thankfully this is not true, though for what reason I'm not sure. I tested KB protection with someone recently. He slotted 7 KB IO's and had a +3 bonus from PvP IO's, for a total protection of 31. We tested with lift, which has the same kb mag as levitate. I slotted 6 KB IO's into lift, had him turn off acro, and used it on him. He was never knocked up. Based on this test I've slotted for mag 31 protection on my current blaster (mag not including acro) and have never been held/levitated ever again, on Freedom no less. It may be a bug, but IMO its a good one.
-
I'm in Bleak, lets get this ball rolling.
-
Should I assume you just dont have the money for a new computer? If you're having lag issues as bad as you say, your box must be steam powered. My computer is over a year old now and I play on max graphics with no lag ever in Freedom RV or anywhere else.
Quote:Yeah, it's funny. After all the crap I've put up with in this game for over FIVE YEARS, the thing that's finally driving me away is simple lag. Lag that makes the game completely unplayable on my server (while other servers are perfectly fine), but still, just simple lag. -
Brutes are only useful in zone due to their ability to taunt and webnade a target. Base damage and resist are worst than a tank, and you'll never build rage in PvP unless you're fighting npc's at the same time or dueling. Take SS for the to hit and damage bonus, pick up taunt, webnade, and just play a taunt bot. My brute has 2 taunts and nades and I get more braudcast whining about her than any of my other toons. Hearing "all you do is taunt" or my favorite "kill the taunting brute" means you are VERY useful to any team.
-
This may be frustrating to hear, but to be considered a useful team member as a scrapper you need to pick up webnade and taunt. If you dont have both of these, you're really just a low damage dealer that may from time to time get a lucky crit.
Quote:wasup guys i was wondering how does a katana/SR scrapper do in RV i know in pve they work pretty well i have one sitting on lvl 23 atm and loveing him..but iam trying to spec him for pvp but have no idea how to can anybody please give me a path to follow or give me a example of a build i should be thinking about. iam new to pvp so i mite not understand the "PVP TALK". Even tho iam a 3 year vet i never entered a PVP arena or zone for more then 5 min. so i dont know what to look for.
